According to the zoom manual on using CLIP recordings, I should have an option to be able to download mp4 versions of my chat recordings. It doesn't work. M cloud interface does not give me the download option? Why? Who can I download? You can manage your clips by renaming them, changing their thumbnails, and deleting them. You can also view the statistics of your clips. Follow the steps below: Manage your clips

Note: Deleted clips are still accessible for retrieval for 30 days from the day it was deleted, then it’s permanently deleted and cannot be retrieved.

Hello, I started testing the clip function today and it seems great. However if I download a clip, once downloaded the Zoom app then totally hangs leaving me no option but to close it via task manager (Windows 11). I wondered if anyone else is experiencing this and if there is a solution. The created clip is not affected, nor is the downloaded clip. My zoom version appears to be 5.16 Incidentally I could not easily work out which board to post this to so I chose meetings.

Just beginning to try Zoom Clips. However, there is no sound/voice. I check my settings and my mic is recording. I can't find the appropriate board to post a clips question. I hope this gets to the right person to help me... Clips seem to work very well but I am having one problem. I want to create a clip that demonstrates how to enable call queues from the zoom client. This entails clicking on my profile picture to bring up a menu, then click on Receive Shared Calls. However, the menu doesn't not display on the clip. I can navigate through the tabs with no issue, but I can't demonstrate how to select options on my profile menu because clips will not record it. Is this by design? Or am i doing something wrong?

My Zoom account recently updated an added the Beta "Clips." This app has taken over my computer and I cannot shut it off. I have read articles online that say to "toggle the enable/disable button" - but THERE IS NO BUTTON. This problem is interrupting my online classes and I do not know what to do. How do I remove this app? Thanks!
