I am not able to convert my zoom recording. I have tried various methods even the one where we record a new meeting and then try to copy the file into the new meeting folder but it doesn't work
Please guide me on how i can do it?
My cloud recording of a meeting is saying "The media playback was aborted due to a corruption problem or because the media used features your browser did not support." after about 1 hour of playing fine. Any help would be appreciated.

I am attempting to share a zoom video clip with someone. I've added her email address to my list as someone with whom I want to share this video. I give the person the link for the clip. Yet when the link is entered and she selects the download link, she gets an error that says, "The clip owner's admin turned off the download setting." A few questions: 1) Does this person have to be "logged on" to zoom with that email address to download the clip? 2) Is there a way for me to share this clip (temporarily) with everyone regardless of whether or not they log in? I would only do so for as long as it takes this one person to download, and then I'd re-secure the permission. Thanks for your help.

Is it possible to retrieve clips through the API?
I can get recordings for a meetings/webinar and tried to use the /users/{userId}/recordings but the clips are not included.

Hey Zoom, the AI summary of the clips are great, and I can't believe it doesn't create an AI-generated title yet! Can you add that feature ASAP? It is super annoying having to change the title of each clip from - "Account Name" Clip and Date - each time.

I create scripts and PowerPoint presentations for my business. I record audio files to accompany the presentation, but I cannot set Zoom Workplace to record the audio file for the Zoom Clip I'm creating. How does one do this?
