zoom clips sound and video not syncing when played back, or downloaded
hello, I have recorded 72 clips and after editing, the sound and video doesn't match up. I am using a fairly new Mac air laptop, normally I have no issues with editing Loom clips, or editing other video content generally. I have tried playing the clips on my iPhone 16, with and without wifi, but if I try to watch the clip and select a certain point in the video eg 2mins into the playing, the sound and video don't match for the rest of the clip. I tried downloading the clip - the video and sound are not synced in the downloaded file. My clients would need to access these clips for learning purposes. I am faced with having to re-record EVERYTHING again, or change to use the app called Loom.
Please help me with any suggestions.
