I create a lot of clips and I want to allow users to download the clip from the link I provide them. I found the following in the Admin Manual but I do not see the option to allow users to download clips.  At the moment, users who try get a "The clip's owner has turned off the download setting" but I cannot find the darn thing. 

 

To enable users to download clips, you need to navigate to the Settings tab of the user you want to enable this feature for. Under Zoom Clips, you can click the toggle to allow users who have access to clips to download their clip recordings. If this toggle is disabled, only admins will have the ability to download the clips. This setting can be adjusted at the user level, and if the toggle is greyed out, it means that the setting is locked at the account or group level and needs to be changed at those levels.

Clips not featured as an option for my Zoom Workplace subscription account

I pay for a zoom workplace subscription and am keen to use the clips function. However it does not seem to exist. I have tried this advice https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0057723#h_01H64903M3N071JW5RTYB9PRHY but none of what is described comes up- there is no clips option from the settings tabs. I am absolutely sure of this. In fact, I have no problem in locating and using the clips function from my free zoom account where it shows up exactly as described in the article above and can be enabled with ease. But I would like to be able to produce longer clips than this allows. Please help or advice me how I can contact Zoom engineers so that this can be rectified.

Zoom Clips (Beta) - feature request

I potentially love the new Zoom Clip function. What I need to make it fully replace another service I use is that the end viewer can see the video with-out logging into their zoom account. Please remove that restriction and you have a deal-maker feat... Show more
