All my clips disappeared. When I try to contact support it says my account is Basic and for that reason I cant contact support except for reading the community, when my account is supposed to be a paid account (the last payment was 4 days ago and successful). in my main profile online it says my account is "Workplace Pro". When I try o creating a new "Clip" id doesn't save it after I record. In the clips area it just says "No Data".

What is going on?? How do I get my clips back??

Zoom recordings didn't save at all

I was in a Zoom call on another person's account, so the other person was the host and not myself. I hit record, and the only pop-up window I saw was one that said request the host to accept. The host, I presume, accepted, and we had our meeting. I can't find the recording anywhere. I've looked in the settings Users/Name/Documents/Zoom. I've looked in Finder and there are no MP4 files from today at all. No recording with today's date was shown. I've also tried restarting my computer, and I tried the customer service phone number, which, for some reason, the automated security screening couldn't find my account, so I couldn't talk to someone. This is for a school assignment that we recorded twice already. I really don't want to film again.

Retrieve video clips using API

Is it possible to retrieve clips through the API?

 

I can get recordings for a meetings/webinar and tried to use the /users/{userId}/recordings but the clips are not included.

Company is revoking some Zoom licenses and I would like to know after our licenses are gone how long are recordings stored in the cloud?

I have a zoom clip with 1 hr 28 mins record time. There's no option to download it from the '...' icon like with my other shorter clips. Also, it shows as having 0 seconds of record time when in fact it's 1 hr 28 mins! Has anyone else had this issue? How can I fix this?

 

Looks like a Zoom error to me!

So i have started a podcast and I have recently accomplished my first 3 episodes by using the Clips option to use the audio for the podcast.  This latest episode i recorded is not processing the clip in order for me to download to a file onto my icloud like before. its been almost 48hrs and it still saying, "preparing clip, please try later". Ive refreshed a couple of times but no luck and really dont want to lose my recording.  Thanks in advance
