Is it possible to retrieve clips through the API?

 

I can get recordings for a meetings/webinar and tried to use the /users/{userId}/recordings but the clips are not included.

I have a zoom clip with 1 hr 28 mins record time. There's no option to download it from the '...' icon like with my other shorter clips. Also, it shows as having 0 seconds of record time when in fact it's 1 hr 28 mins! Has anyone else had this issue? How can I fix this?

 

Looks like a Zoom error to me!

So i have started a podcast and I have recently accomplished my first 3 episodes by using the Clips option to use the audio for the podcast. This latest episode i recorded is not processing the clip in order for me to download to a file onto my iclou... Show more

So i have started a podcast and I have recently accomplished my first 3 episodes by using the Clips option to use the audio for the podcast.  This latest episode i recorded is not processing the clip in order for me to download to a file onto my icloud like before. its been almost 48hrs and it still saying, "preparing clip, please try later". Ive refreshed a couple of times but no luck and really dont want to lose my recording.  Thanks in advance
