I'm looking for some help / guidance here with something which I would think would be very easy:

How to make a 1 min edit from a Zoom Meeting Recording?

I have read zoom support articles on creating clips, but I can't see how to apply this to an existing zoom recording.
Any guidance here would be really appreciated.

Not sure where else to post this, but after a few weeks of problem-free use my Zoom client is not working right.

I'm trying to record a clip, and during processing/finishing I keep getting error code 2002. The best I can find is that this is related to an SSO, but I'm using an e-mail/password to sign in with no SSO.

 

In addition, I have a test clip I recorded that has been processing for nearly 24 hours and is still not fully processed. I'm not sure how to clear this as it seems to be on the zoom cloud. I tried uninstalling my desktop app/clearing cache, restarting and re-installing with no success.


Has anyone else faced issues like this?

Error message when trying to record a Clip

I continue to receive an error message when trying to record a clip. It says "Please log in first to start recording a Clip. (Error Code: 206) but I am logged in. Is anyone else receiving this?

ZOOM CLIP

While recording the Zoom Clip, i am facing an Issue. At the start of the Clip, if i select Own Video, then i am not able to shift to Screen Sharing plus Own Video. The Clip controls during the recording of the Session does not allow to keep switching... Show more

While recording the Zoom Clip, i am facing an Issue. At the start of the Clip, if i select Own Video, then i am not able to shift to Screen Sharing plus Own Video.

 

The Clip controls during the recording of the Session does not allow to keep switching between the options for more impacting presentation.

 

Kindly assist if there is a way

Zoom app hangs after I download a clip

Hello, I started testing the clip function today and it seems great. However if I download a clip, once downloaded the Zoom app then totally hangs leaving me no option but to close it via task manager (Windows 11). I wondered if anyone else is experiencing this and if there is a solution. The created clip is not affected, nor is the downloaded clip. My zoom version appears to be 5.16

 

Incidentally I could not easily work out which board to post this to so I chose meetings.

I can't find the appropriate board to post a clips question. I hope this gets to the right person to help me...

 

Clips seem to work very well but I am having one problem. I want to create a clip that demonstrates how to enable call queues from the zoom client. This entails clicking on my profile picture to bring up a menu, then click on Receive Shared Calls. However, the menu doesn't not display on the clip. I can navigate through the tabs with no issue, but I can't demonstrate how to select options on my profile menu because clips will not record it. Is this by design? Or am i doing something wrong?

Cannot delete Zoom Clip, the button is greyed out

I made a Zoom Clip when I was testing video and audio. However, I cannot delete it now, because the button is greyed out. Both in my client and on the web.

 

How do I delete my Clip?
