My Zoom account recently updated an added the Beta "Clips." This app has taken over my computer and I cannot shut it off. I have read articles online that say to "toggle the enable/disable button" - but THERE IS NO BUTTON. This problem is interrupting my online classes and I do not know what to do. How do I remove this app?

Zoom Clips

Hello,

 

I tried Zoom clips for about 1-2 minutes, and after recording it told me it would upload and send me a notification via email. After an hours, I stilll haven't received anything. 

 

Does it take longer than that?

Cannot delete Zoom Clip, the button is greyed out

I made a Zoom Clip when I was testing video and audio. However, I cannot delete it now, because the button is greyed out. Both in my client and on the web.

 

How do I delete my Clip?

Zoom clips links do not expand when pasted on Slack

When I paste a link to a zoom clip I have recorded, on Slack, it doesn't expand into a clickable video. Loom does this and it makes the messages look like there's a video attached. But it doesn't happen for Zoom clips. This makes the clips not discov... Show more

When I paste a link to a zoom clip I have recorded, on Slack, it doesn't expand into a clickable video. Loom does this and it makes the messages look like there's a video attached. But it doesn't happen for Zoom clips. This makes the clips not discoverable.

 

Ideally this has to do with SEO and access Slack has to Zoom clips pages. I have ensured that the clip is accessible to everyone in the company.

Transition from Loom to Clips

Can a company import all their Loom videos to Zoom Clips with the existing folder structures in order to delete their Loom account to transition fully to use Zoom Clips?

Clips - The audio works but the video does not play

I've recorded a clip but experiencing some issues with the video output. Audio works but I get a black screen throughout.

However, when I go in Zoom, click on the clips tab, I can see the video and it works fine there. Please refer to the screenshots attached.
