Error message when trying to record a Clip

I continue to receive an error message when trying to record a clip. It says "Please log in first to start recording a Clip. (Error Code: 206) but I am logged in. Is anyone else receiving this?

Are you meeting the Zoom Clips requirements?
Prerequisites for enabling and using Zoom Clips
- Basic, Legacy Enterprise, Zoom One Pro and higher, Zoom Meeting EDU, Zoom One Education, Healthcare new and Online BAA
Note: Not available to Zoom United, EDU K to 12, and Healthcare Old BAA - Zoom desktop client for Windows and macOS: version 5.15.5 or higher

I had this issue and you need to be logged in in to the desktop app as well as the web version for it to open.
