Hey! I am having an issue launching Zoom Clips. I just recently started using my iMac (had a Macbook Pro that got destroyed prior) and every time I click "start recording" on the Zoom Clips, the entire computer shuts down, restarts and I'm back to square one. This has now happened four times in a row. I thought maybe it was a Zoom issue until I started a meeting and it worked just fine! No crashing. I am attaching my specs, and also, want to add I do have a condenser USB microphone attached, in the computer. I see some issues in the past did include issues with the microphone was attached.

In Polish language, the letter c with a diacritical sign (c + alt) is very frequently used. Unfortunately, using this letter starts immediate ZOOM and clip making. How to change the setting to avoid this?

Dear all Please help me to as the service desk could help me with a file recovery that was deleted from trash. I need this recording as its super vital for me i did it 12 MArch 2025 . Yet the service desk is limited by process and procedures and see no option but to say NO. So I want to ask commuinity are there an option like in onedrive to go back in recover files that were deleted during last 30 days from trash bin? thank you

Great to see Zoom in the space of clip sharing. We would like to see if there is a way to integrate zoom clips to hubspot. We can use the clip links to send them to our prospects and track their usage and analytics on hubspot activity. Is there an option to do this?

I've tried a number of times to create a brief Zoom Clip. I also tried different settings. Clips between 15-30 seconds. All appear unloadable. The software says 'the video cannot be loaded either because the server or network failed or because the format is not supported. ' I know it's in Beta testing. Is this commonly occurring or is there a solution?

My cloud recording of a meeting is saying "The media playback was aborted due to a corruption problem or because the media used features your browser did not support." after about 1 hour of playing fine. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello Tech Support, It has started recently - I'm typing in Word or WhatsApp and whenever I press (Alt+C), which for years has been a way of producing a specific letter in a language other than English, it now opens up a window for a new Zoom clip. It makes my work a real hassle as I cannot type properly or need to log out of Zoom whenever I want to type anything. Disabling Clips does not seem like a viable option for me as I would like to use them too - I believe you created them to be used! Could you please fix it this ALT+C shortcut on Zoom as soon as possible? Best regards, K.
