Hi everyone! 👋We’ve noticed that during Zoom meetings, the participant filmstrip shrinks when someone starts sharing their screen, even though we set it larger initially. It sometimes resets again if another participant shares.Is there a way to lock the participant video size throughout the meeting or recording so it doesn’t shrink unexpectedly?Would love to hear how others handle this layout issue, especially for recorded sessions.

Hi, The computer has zoom app which installed in someone, but perhaps I can not login by the account. Is there tool or command which can remove the previous zoom app clean? Thanks.

I joined a meeting and for the first time ever, experienced a horrible echo.  My phone was off; there were no other devices active in the room.  I tried both speaker types. I downloaded a new driver. I contacted Zoom support and the bot told me I had to pay for a plan to get to audio settings to cancel echoes.  I did notice upon leaving the meeting that somehow I was on as two participants - not sure how that happened; but could that have been the problem?

Hello,I was recording a meeting to the cloud and my computer battery died and shut down before the meeting ended. I was the meeting host. I cannot find the recording anywhere-- on the cloud or on my local computer. Anyone have this happen before or have an idea of how to recover or find the recoding? I thought that if it was recording to the cloud it would still be saved somewhere even if my computer died.

I have a profile picture on Zoom that transfers to my Weight Watchers profile but it won’t activate when I’m in a Workshop. Any tips? 

I just hosted a large meeting with registration with external participants. 10% of the participants had issues joining. When clicking the link in the registration email, a white screen showed and meeting was not loading. he particpants could not join. what is the reason for this and how can this be resolved? Hi, Zoom causes a lot of issues on Linux. I am using the latest official Zoom from Manjaro’s repositories. Or Flatpak. Doesn’t matter, these issues appear in both of them. They are very frustrating.1. Screensharing only works with “Pipewire” mode. Sharing mode keeps getting reset to "Auto", which means after one screen share, if I want to share again, its just a black window. This happened to me during surgery planning, and that was really really bad and embarrassing. My colleagues could not see the MRI, and the chief surgeon/scientist lost patience. This is unacceptable. We pay for Zoom.2. Everytime someone starts or stops a screenshare, regardless of any KDE window settings, even if I am in the middle of typing something in a terminal or working on a document or something, it switches to the Zoom window/virtual desktop without asking. I have a feature enhancement request in the hands of our Zoom account team and looking for some backers. Likewise, if you have a Zoom phone feature enhancement idea and need backing, I can ask our Zoom account team to add us to that request. Basically, the feature is for Zoom online fax. What we're asking for is in a configuration where you have online fax enabled for a Call Queue (CQ) or Shared Line Group (SLG) and have members added for online fax access. What we’d like to see is when any member of a CQ or SLG sends a outbound fax, that all other members of their respective CQ/SLG can see what all other members sent via their Zoom fax outbox folder. If you like this idea, please do contact your Zoom account team and ask them to add you to this enhancement request submitted by the University of Arizona. Thank you.

Is it possible to schedule more than three sessions on the same day within a recurring session webinar?Is this limitation specific to the Zoom Webinars Plus product? My use case involves scheduling four sessions on the same day within the same event. 

When I attend a zoom class my image is extremely poor. It looks like I'm sitting at a card table in a poorly lit room which is smokey.  I'm really in a well lit room with no smoke. That's my first problem.  The 2nd thing I would like to install a background picture I haven chosen.

Hi Zoom Support Community,I am writing for help with an issue regarding an AI notetaker named "Alfred" that automatically joins every Zoom meeting I attend. I am using a free personal Zoom account on a Mac with all system and Chrome updates installed. This bot appears whether I use the Zoom desktop application or the web browser. I cannot find "Alfred" listed as an installed app on my laptop or within my Zoom account settings. Currently, the bot can only be removed if I am the meeting host. In meetings where I am a participant and the host is also unable to remove it, the bot remains in the session. I have been unable to find any information online regarding this specific tool or how to disable it. Could you please help me identify why this is happening and provide instructions on how to permanently prevent this bot from joining my meetings? Thank you!!

I had a webinar set up and many people registered. The zoom interface to sign up is very boring, so I switched the registration to Luma, with the Zoom integration. So that people don’t have to register in 2 places, I turned off the Zoom setting “Registration Required.” But then it permanently deleted all the email addresses who signed up on Zoom. Reversing that setting change doesn’t do anything. Very bad design.

Recently, Zoom’s Note-taking has popped up on my Mac each time I use Siri to place a call on my iPhone – see the attached screenshot.I’ve not found a setting to block this pop-up.-- Ward 

We created a webinar in Webinars Plus. On the registration page it is displaying our “event organizer” details which includes our company name, address and phone number. Previously I was told that this was required to display in order to enable attendees from India to join my event.  I unchecked the box agreeing that I was to enable attendees from India to join my event. Previously this would hide the event organizer details, but now it’s not.  Has anyone taken the steps successfully hide the event organizer info?

Running Zoom version Version: 7.0.0 (77593) on MacOS Sonoma. I cannot see things in dark mode but Zoom now defaults to dark mode and setting the mode to light using Settings/General and clicking on the light option does not work.I have verified that I have light setting in both the main zoom desktop and in individual meeting settings and it persists in displaying as Dark mode!How do I get it back to readable/viewable in the comfortable light mode?

I teach virtual classes and need to see the students while I am screen sharing.  Until a few weeks ago, this was not a problem.  I have watched various videos for help but I do not have the option of “Show Video Panel” when clicking on “More”.  Please advise.  Thanks!

I have staff that work different shifts from week one to week two.  I watched the tutorial on Rotational Schedules but that was specific to multiple agents on a single rotational schedule.  In the rotational schedule, how can I assign a single user to multiple shifts?

Hello, we need custom questions to be added within the normal registration form in a particular order. At the moment they fall at the bottom of the form which breaks the logical flow of questions.Any chance we can add this feature please? I know custom forms can be built but other vendors like ON24 offers this off the shelf and we are used to it. Thank you!

Hello, I represent a training organization where we manage several Zoom virtual classrooms. We are currently facing an issue: some meeting rooms are not starting automatic recording, even though they are properly configured. Could you please explain the cause of this issue and suggest a solution? This situation is highly disruptive to our operations.

I know Zoom has a 'Simulive' feature for pre-recorded webinars, but does it also support replaying chat in live chat from the original recording?
