profile picture won’t transfer

I have a profile picture on Zoom that transfers to my Weight Watchers profile but it won’t activate when I’m in a Workshop. Any tips?

    Hey! 👋 I’ve noticed the same issue. Usually, Zoom profile pics sync only to the account, not live sessions. Try checking Weight Watchers app settings during the Workshop sometimes you need to re-select or refresh your profile image there.
