我在 Windows 版 Zoom Workplace 的 Hub → My Notes 中遇到了转写文字无法复制的问题。此前，我可以直接用鼠标选中“转写文字”面板中的内容并复制，但现在该功能突然失效。无论是在文档内嵌的转写框中，还是点击右上角按钮展开完整转写面板后，都无法用鼠标选中文字，也无法复制所需段落。复现步骤：打开 Windows 版 Zoom Workplace。 进入 Hub → My Notes。 打开一条已经生成转写文字的会议笔记。 点击“转写文字”。 尝试用鼠标拖动选中其中的文字。 点击转写框右上角的展开按钮，在完整转写面板中再次尝试。实际结果：鼠标可以滚动和搜索转写内容，但无法选中任何文字，因此不能复制。展开转写面板后问题仍然存在。预期结果：应该能够像以前一样，用鼠标选中任意一段转写文字并通过 Ctrl+C 复制，而不必复制整份摘要或下载其他文件。环境：操作系统：Windows 应用：Zoom Workplace 桌面客户端 功能位置：Hub → My Notes → 转写文字 问题出现时间：2026 年 7 月22日 Zoom 版本：7.0.5 (38856)该问题以前不存在，近期才开始出现。请问这是新版界面的预期变化，还是已知问题？是否有恢复文字选择和复制功能的方法？

I recorded a meeting, and it couldn’t convert the recorded file. Every time, it fails at 21/22% without showing any error.

Hi, I just discovered the Hub and the All Meeting Assets section. While looking around I noticed that several healthcare appointments that were done through zoom were listed. How do I remove these from the list? I know I can hide them, but they really should not be listed there (pretty sure that is a HIPAA violation). Is this something my healthcare provider will have to do? I also want to make sure that future appointments do not end up on this list, is there a way to prevent this? What do I need to tell my doctor so they can make sure this doesn’t happen from their side of things? Or is the only solution to stop using zoom? Thanks

I have forgotten how to allow members to opt back in because it’s been several years since I needed the steps.  If I remember correctly, the member has to send a text to a predetermined number.  Are the steps the same, and where do I find the predetermined text number?  Thank you.  Jackie 

After a meeting, I always receive a summary from AI Companion. I can see all of them in the hub. However, it is very clear because sometimes only a standard title is given (“Zoom Meeting by Manuel”). I have searched and Googled for a long time to find out how I can change this title (e.g., “Business expansion with Manuel and Andreas”). But I simply can't find anything. I would like to have a better overview. How and where can I change the title of the summaries?

Can a PowerPoint presentation be uploaded to the Hub?Or is the Hub limited to specific file extensions?

We created a Zoom Hub, tested out an event set up to make sure all our settings were good, then turned it into a template. Now the new events made from the template are sending the recording link to the test recording, instead of the new meeting's recording. The event's email set up shows the correct recording's name in the configuration window, but isn't correct once it is actually sent. The subject of the email is for the correct meeting, but the content of the email shows the TEST meeting's name and provides the link to the TEST recording instead. The new meeting IS being recorded and shows up as available in the Hub. I've also hidden the test event and its recording from the hub's lobby. Does anyone know why the wrong recording is being sent to the attendees of new events/meetings?

Hub in the Zoom desktop client is showing recordings for participants of my meetings who were in attendance. How can I stop those recordings from being available there?
