We recently deployed 4 Zoom Rooms using the following hardware: Logitech Rally Bars Logitech Tap IP Controllers Logitech Room Scheduler PanelsOur org primarily uses Microsoft Teams, so we created Microsoft 365 room resources and enabled Teams Interoperability for Zoom Rooms globally. When a meeting is scheduled using the room resource in Outlook/Office 365, the calendar event syncs correctly across the devices. We can see the meeting on the Tap IP controller, the room scheduler and the room display. So the integration appears to be working correctly.  The Issue: The problem occurs when trying to join a Microsoft Teams meeting. The Join button briefly appears on the room controller for about 5-10 seconds when the meeting is first added, then disappears and never returns. This forces users to join the meeting manually by entering the Teams Meeting ID and passcode. If we click the join button during the brief window when it appears, the room joins the teams meeting without any issues. So

How do I send a broadcast message to breakout rooms 

Our room was under construction for about 6 months and just came back online. When it came back on we keep getting the error code in the image. We have a Zoom room connected to a Crestron brain. I saw that error code 5 means a mismatch between the Crestron and Zoom. I changed my Zoom room to mountain time, and the engineer changed the Crestron unit to the correct time, but we're still getting this error.I'm also trying to update the Crestron firmware through Zoom but it's getting stuck and timing out.If the time is correct on the Crestron, could a network switch be getting in the way?Any ideas? Thanks!

Hi,  I want to know if it is possible to inject multiple audio channels (DANTE) directly into Zoom Rooms for the language interpretation. This way, you don't need to have multiple laptops for each language. It's easier when the translators are physically present in the same place and the translation needs to be sent via Zoom. Best regards 

In the documentation for Native Room Controls, Response Filters are mentioned, but there's not enough information to implement them and no examples. "It is also simple to add your own for Response Filters. Within the rules section, you can also use the Trigger Events discussed below to drive your own automation with outside inputs." How about some examples? How is user_customized_event1 generated? What is the format of the response_filter section?

If I have a business with multiple lots, but they wanted to set up one of their lots with some form of a virtual receptionist  at a Windows computer that a potential client can interact with in order to receive assistance from an employee at another location. Is it possible to set something up where the potential client can call a number of another location and they activate the video conferencing side on their part that automatically displays on the potential customers end that will display the employee assisting them and the computers screens so both employee and client can both follow along. Does Zoom have a service that can handle this?

I have been using Zoom for a few years. Everything was good until apparently, there were some updates and all of a sudden, everything seems to be scrambled. I can get into my account but when I click on settings, my virtual backgrounds are gone and there is nothing to click to get them back. I use Linux Mint 22.2. Is there any suggestions as to how to get back on track?  

We have a setup where we use iPads as Zoom Room controllers, connected to PCs running Zoom Room software. This past weekend, the iPads all upgraded to iOS 26 and now none of our controllers are able to pair to the Zoom room. I've confirmed that the devices are still on the same network within the same IP block.Is anyone seeing the same issues with iOS 26?

Hello, I represent a training organization where we manage several Zoom virtual classrooms. We are currently facing an issue: some meeting rooms are not starting automatic recording, even though they are properly configured. Could you please explain the cause of this issue and suggest a solution? This situation is highly disruptive to our operations.

Hi, is there a way to increase the visibility of of text on CX Analytics Dashboards that are added to digital signage. As this is displayed on a TV that is mounted it is hard to see the details on y axis, leaderboard and tables views.This is for a laptop with Zoom Rooms that is connected to a TV monitor, this laptop only displays a few dashboards that switch when displaying on the monitor. I have limited the amount of widgets on the dashboard and increased the widget sizes however the text does not scale only the visualizations. Increasing the resolution on the laptop screen does not help but wanted to check if there is a way or open feature request to have an option to change font sizes? 

Hello,I’m working on commissioning some built up Windows machine (Crestron Flex) based Zoom Rooms video conferencing systems for a rather large university in the Boston area. Regarding sharing content ingest audio to a meeting - I’ve always handled content ingest audio via the content ingest path into the Zoom machine via a Zoom certified Magewell HDMI to USB capture card. Additionally, this is how it has been handled on every Windows machine (Crestron Flex) based Zoom Rooms application that I have ever seen.Without getting into the weeds too bad, this has caused a situation where content audio is doubled when content is shared. The client here had, in another room, resolved this by taking the content ingest audio out from the Magewell path and passed it to Zoom Rooms via the path that brings the local in-room microphones into the Zoom PC and then into the meeting - thru the DSP, mixed into the mic mix and then passed out from the DSP over USB and into Zoom. Our Zoom Room Controller app no longer has the room controls available in a webinar.  We have done everything - updated the iPad, updated the controller app, had IT professionals look at our Zoom Room system, had AV professional check everything in the Zoom Room. We have conducted several test webinars even using a different device - iPhone with the Zoom Room Controller app.  The room controls are simply not there anymore!  We also tried adding the Zoom Room by name as a panelist (should not have to do this; should be able to set up a webinar, start the webinar, then join it using the Controller app).  That did not work either.  I have our account rep looking into our licensing; he said that we don't need an additional webinar license for the Room itself.  We have a Zoom webinar license for our Pro account.  As far as I know, we never had a webinar license for the Zoom Room though we did make a recent change to the account.  Maybe that'

Hello, I'm writing a JSON file for room controls and can't seem to find any documentation around sending commands via USB-to-Serial adapter. I did, however, see that this capability was added in a past update so it should be possible.I know that my USB adapter is using COM3 but was not 100% on how to reference it in the JSON file. I am getting a Json File Configuration error. I was hoping if someone could let me know if I am on the right track here and offer any suggestions. Here is what I have for the adapters section:"adapters": [{"model": "Serial_Port","port": "COM3","settings":{"baud_rate": "9600","data_bits": "8","parity": "PARITY_NONE","stop_bits": "1","flow_control": "FLOW_NONE" }, (if you would rather I post the entire JSON file I can I was just focusing on the adapter for this post)Thanks!

A few weeks ago Zoom Workplace appeared / opened on my desktop out of the blue.I had just Zoom installed prior to that. I didn’t need Workplace so unsinstalled it … then it seemed to reinstall itself. I repeated the process and it reinstalled itself. So i tried to uninstall both “Zooms” and the same thing happened. I then downloaded cleanzoom.exe and thought i had finally nailed it. However, 3 days later and it;’s back. My MSP assures me they haven’t got any auto installations set up in Intune or anywhere else. Anyone else having any issues with this? Any advice would be gratefully recieved. Cheers

 Hello! I am participating in a meeting opened by someone else.The 'Share' button is not visible in the menu below.The person who hosted the meeting has set it to 'Share with Everyone,' and others say they can see the 'Share' menu.How can I resolve the issue where the 'Share' button is not visible on my computer?Please provide guidance.  

Hello! Our office seems to be having an issues in our confrence room that utilizes a Logitech Tap that connects to a nuc with windows 10 on it. Whenever anyone joins a meeting using teams rather than zoom and then attempt to share their powerpoint using the "present in teams" option the tv that is connected to the nuc utilizing the zoom room application displays a white screen (which I can still see the cameras of the users connected). If I join the meeting from another device I find that I can see the powerpoint presentation, but it doesn't display through the nuc that is using the zoom room application. I attempted to update the display driver, run updates, and even updated the controller to version 6.4.2 (5659) , 64bit which I thought was the intial issue. If you need more info then do let me know and I can provide any screenshots of what I see.

We have a Zoom Room syncing with a Google shared resource calendar. We are interested in the functionality described in this article. “schedule a meeting in a Zoom Room by inviting the room to the meeting”. https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0064322 When a Zoom event is created in the Zoom software, it will sync with the calendar and display on the room controller, all good.  Whereas, events created by inviting the Google Calendar resource to a meeting, do not. Does this functionality work as described?

I’m using the Zoom Room Controller SDK (C++) to control a Zoom Room, but I’m facing a couple of issues:After pairing successfully, the room sometimes gets unpaired automatically without any callback. I only realize this when I call a function and it returns result code 11 (which means not paired). To fix this, I call RetryToPairRoom(). Sometimes the pairing works, but other times it returns error code 100000401. In this error state, if I operate the Zoom Room using the native controller, I receive all the callbacks properly. However, when I try to perform any operation through the SDK, it still returns result code 11 (not paired).So my main problems are:Why does the pairing break automatically without any callback, if something like logs file or other are required from my side please let me know? Why does re-pairing without an activation token sometimes return 100000401, and even after that, why do operations still fail with result code 11 despite receiving callbacks?

We have Poly Studio devices (a x70 and a x30) that seem to be getting this “Connecting to network” error more and more often now. This seemed to just start happening the past couple weeks, and I figured it was a device firmware problem, so I reverted firmware back to a known working version, but we continue to run into this problem. We have about 35 devices that are on this network and utilizing Zoom Rooms, and at first, we only saw this problem with one, thinking it was a hardware issue. Now that a 2nd one came up, I’m wondering if it’s a problem with the Zoom App version 7.0.2? So far we only have 2 devices out of the 35 doing this, but I was wondering if anyone experienced the same or had any troubleshooting steps to try out. All of our devices are ethernet connected and network traffic allowed outbound. It’s not a consistent problem, so I would not believe it to be network related since other devices are using this same network and not having these errors. 

自社のZoom Rooms運用において、外部組織（取引先等）との連携について質問させてください。【背景・目的】 特定の他社（外部組織）が所有するZoom Roomsと頻繁に会議を行うため、自社のZoom Roomsコントローラーやクライアントの「連絡先」に、相手方のZoom Roomsを登録し、ワンタップで呼び出せるようにしたいと考えています。【現在の認識と課題】 自組織内のZoom Roomsであれば連絡先に表示されますが、外部組織のZoom Rooms（会議室アカウント）をメールアドレスで検索しても「連絡先に追加」が出てきません。 Zoomの仕様上、外部のZoom Roomsを直接連絡先にストックすることは不可能という認識で相違ないでしょうか。 【検討している代替案】 相手の担当者（個人アカウント）を連絡先に登録し、その都度ミーティングに招待する。 共有チャネルを作成し、そこに相手担当者を招待して会議URLを常設する。 【質問】 上記以外に、外部組織のZoom Roomsをあたかも「連絡先」にあるかのように、スムーズに呼び出す（あるいはディレクトリに表示させる）運用上の工夫や設定をご存知の方がいれば、ご教示いただけますでしょうか。何卒よろしくお願いいたします。

Anyone else seeing this issue with certain Poly X Gear? Getting hit with the following: 

Seeing this happen more and more in one of our rooms that utilizes a Poly Studio G62. Anyone else running into this issue/know how to permanently resolve?  

I saw Zoom Rooms now supports Configuration Profiles to manage a bulk list of room settings by profile rather than having to structure by location (State, Building, Floor, etc.). I reached out to Zoom and there is not a current KB article or any documentation on how to set them up. Has anyone started on setting up Configuration Profiles and has details on how to configure?

the pop-up comes from Zoom (the icon displayed together with this warning is from Zoom Workspace) and my current version is 6.7.8 32670.  There is no local / doamin group policy blocking Zoom or 7-zip.  Some PC have 7-zip installed but some does not.  User have no admin right.  installer is MSI version.
