Hello Dear Admin,Warm greetings. Please I would like to know why I’ve not been able to use the screen share option on my account as soon as my participate log into the meeting.I(the Host) observed that when I’m the only one in the meeting room, the screen share option is active but the moment a participate logged in, the screen share option will show “you have been restricted from using the screen share”.Please I will like this to be resolved as soon as possible. I have a meeting in the next 5 hours and I will like to be able to use the share screen option.Thank you so very much.

Hi Zoom Team, would anyone be able to please advise what is the difference between these: (1) Zoom Content Hub on Zoom Events, (2) Zoom Video Content Management System and (3) Zoom Video Management? From my current understanding, they all are repositories that house videos, however what is the difference? Thank you!

I am using Zoom Events to host a multiday conference for an association (attendees will be pre registered). For one hour during the last day we will have a business meeting that is open to all association members including those not registered for the conference. Is it possible to create one Meeting that is open to anyone with the link? And if so, how does one find the unique link to the meeting?Ideally attendees could enter via the lobby and non-attendees would enter the meeting directly. My back-up plan is to create a Zoom Meeting outside the event which would require attendees to leave the virtual conference space and then return to it after the business meeting.thank youSally

I am using Production Studio and branded name tags.   I set up the name tags with a dark background and white text.  They show up great in preview, but when going live the name tag background is white.  Has anyone else faced this and if so, what was the solution?  Thanks - Louis

I've already created a custom video filter to display an image at a fixed position on the screen, e.g. for a company logo. Now I'd like to create a custom video filter where the graphics move with my face, to give me e.g. a clown's nose or a sorcerer's hat. Basically like the preconfigured filters (e.g. 'Head Chef', 'Bunny rabbit', 'Daisy'), just with my own graphics.I've tried to just drag my new nose graphics in the middle of the head symbol in the dialog to create the filter - but it's just stuck in the middle of the screen, and doesn't move around with my face. How can I do that?

Hey all, I tried to fix something that’s not broken and ended up with a problem. I used zoom events for the first time to organize webinar series (in lite) and the registration link that’s generated was way too long it broke in our email crm system when we sent out the invites. so we started to receive many emails saying they can’t register because the page won’t open. Option from zoom ai assistant is to add a utm link which is impossible to add for me (not available) or any other suggestions it gave me is not visible for my account. I’m going crazy and need help!! thank you

HI, I’m trying to download a csv of all zoom session links in a zoom event. I have published the event and I can go to each event by following the group link and find individual links by starting the zoom rooms, but there must be an easier way to do this? Any help would be most welcome.I’m trying to create an export so I can match those zoom links with a conference platform I have elsewhere.Alos, what difference does it make if it is one hub or another? Thanks, Amanda

I am attending my first zoom event, and I don’t see any sort of microphone option. I wish there was something confirming that I am muted. Does anyone know if the lack of any sort of mic display means that no one can hear me? I completely muted my computer mic after a minute but I’m just curious.

Hi everyone,I'm setting up a multi-session virtual event on Zoom Events, with an Expo featuring Platinum, Gold and Silver sponsors, and I've run into an issue with sponsor configuration. **The problem**In the Sponsors tab, each sponsor has a Contact field and a separate Representatives list. For several of our sponsors, the person listed as the main contact is also the person who will staff the booth on the day. When I try to add that same email address as a representative, Zoom rejects it because the address is already in use for that sponsor. **What I'd like to achieve**The sponsor contact should also appear as a booth representative, so they get representative access and show up on the booth info card. **My questions**1. Is this the expected behavior — can a single email address only hold one role per sponsor?2. Is there a supported way to have the sponsor contact also listed as a representative?3. Does the Contact field itself grant any booth access, or is it purely administrative?

Not sure how to provide this feedback to Zoom Events - but it is unfortunate that the Exhibitors who participate in Expo that also have a Speaker profile in Zoom Events do not have it visible in their Speaker profile that they are participating in the Expo like they do if they are speaking during a session. We expo for a career fair event for our university and this would be helpful.

With online meetings, webinars, training sessions, and virtual events becoming such a normal part of everyday work, I’ve noticed that video content is becoming harder to keep organized.Sometimes I come across a short video that explains a useful software feature, demonstrates a workflow, gives a quick tutorial, or provides an idea that could be useful during a future meeting or presentation. The problem is that saving these references can quickly become messy. After a while, the browser bookmarks, Downloads folder, and cloud storage can contain hundreds of unrelated files and links.I’ve been trying to create a simpler system for managing this type of content. Instead of saving everything, I separate useful videos into a few categories such as: Meeting and presentation tips Software tutorials Training resources Productivity ideas Presentation and communication examples Technical demonstrations For publicly available short-form videos that I want to keep for personal reference,

Zoom has a new tool called Content Studio and if you have an events license, they are giving you 8 hours a month use for free as a lanch offer. You need to take advantage of this as soon as possible beucase it could be withdrawn at any moment and become a paid option.Zoom needs poeple to try it so they can gain valuable feedback adn this is why they are making this free offer up front, so what is it.Here are my show notes, or watch the show yourself. All the best to you allJohn

Beginning this week (7/20/26), I am no longer able to edit and save lobby descriptions in Zoom Events. The “save” button is grayed out.

Two questions:1. When I download an attendee list from our meeting in Zoom Events, it has many who are listed as absent in the lobby plus the join and exit times are blank, and the video watch time is also blank. Why are they listed if they didn't actually attend? 2. We also seem to have a lot of people who join the lobby but never join the meeting...is that a design issue? Perhaps it should take them directly into the event when it starts if they joined the lobby?

Hello,I wanted to post here to ask about whether anyone has tried submitting a feature request so that Zoom hopefully considers supporting Salesforce’s Integration User License. This is the kind of license that is supposed to be used for supporting system-to-system integrations.

When I am holding a meeting as the host a get this message when I try the screen sharing function. Could please anybody tell me why this happens and how to sort it out? Thank you in advance

Yes, I said Recording Studio, not Production Studio.Recording Studio is a brand new feature released May 18, 2026. In a nutshell, it allows a Zoom Events or Webinars Plus license holder to schedule a single session Meeting and select up to 10 participants to have their audio and video recorded locally on their computer. “That’s nothing new” you might rightfully add. But that’s not the cool part. The magic is that once the local recording is processed on the far-end computer, it automatically uploads the audio and video to the Host’s Zoom Cloud! In some circles this is referred to as “end-to-end recording.”Here’s what you need to know: This feature requires a Zoom Events or Zoom Webinars Plus license.  Even if you have this license, you must make a request to Zoom Support for “enablement.” My request took 10 calendar days. You might get luckier if you’re an Enterprise user; I’m just a small business. Once you get it enabled, you're currently on your own; there’s no documentation available

This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below."

Hello, I work in a library and some of our (senior citizen and otherwise lonely) customers have asked if there is a way to find zoom events that are just generally open to the public. I have read about how to list events on a public calendar, but I can't seem to find a way to access the public calendar from a basic/free account. Thank you!

The great content that disappeared the moment the recording dropped. The post-event report that answered every question except the one leadership actually asked: was it worth it? And it can! Join Zoom for a one-hour virtual event designed for B2B marketers who want more from their webinars and virtual events: more human connection, more engagement after the live session, and clearer proof the work paid off. You’ll hear:• A candid conversation with Ashley Faus, Head of Lifecycle Marketing, Atlassian and Kim Storin, Chief Marketing Officer, Zoom on why events are becoming the last real channel for human connection in an AI-driven world• A customer story from Metadata on how a lean marketing team turned virtual events from a cost center into a pipeline driver• A live demo showing ho
