This worked great - users could register with one click, and Zoom automatically sent confirmation emails with join links.Recently, we started using **Zoom Events (Webinar Plus)** for our seminars. Hi,When using the Zoom Events Tickets API (POST /v2/zoom_events/events/{eventId}/tickets), tickets are created successfully, but no confirmation email is sent to registrants.With the standard Webinar API (POST /v2/webinars/{id}/registrants), confirmation emails were sent automatically.Is there a way to trigger automatic confirmation emails when creating tickets via the Zoom Events API?Or is this a known limitation?Thank you.

I am unable to share my screen when I join from my browser. This is the first time I've ever had this issues and my co workers are experienceing the same issue. When panelists join from the app, they are able to. Was there a Zoom update that limits the ability to share screens from the browser?

I am trying to confirm the exact behavior of Zoom Events Production Studio regarding speaker video tiles.If a speaker is assigned to a tile in a Production Studio scene but their camera is turned off, what appears in the live view?Does the tile remain visible (for example, showing a placeholder, profile picture, or name)?Does it remain as an empty/blank tile?Or does the tile disappear entirely from the live output?My goal is for a speaker’s tile to disappear automatically when that speaker is not on camera. I have reviewed the Production Studio support documentation, but this behavior is not described.If anyone has confirmed information from Zoom or has tested this behavior in a live Zoom Events environment, I would greatly appreciate your input.

Hello! Does anyone know how to view the # of people who went to my registration page but didn't register for the event? My team tracks our registration page conversion rate and this would be enormously helpful.

We have a workflow for a client where custom registration questions have been setup for their Zoom meetings. The client would like a couple of conditional questions to help filter out unwanted registrations. For example the following: ---Conditional question 1- Yes- No Conditional question 2 (only visible if previous answer is no)- Yes- No Block of text (only visible if both previous answers are no)Text explaining that the user should not register for the meeting. Hey y'all! I am using Zoom Events for the first time and I really like the UI and setup. However, I cannot find how to enable the ability to copy or save chat messages. The Save Chat menu option is disabled when in the webinar, and it's not there in the chat options when I click the three dots or in More under participants. In my personal Zoom account, copying and saving chat messages is enabled, but I've gone through all the settings in Zoom events and can't find it. Am I missing something? Where would it be? Please help!

In Zoom events, you can send an auto-generated email to all "attendees" that the recording is available. How do I get that same message to those who registered but didn't attend? The "sorry we missed you" email" doesn't have the option to add the watch recordings widget.  The settings for the recordings available email do not allow you to select absent attendees. 

Hello,  I'm planning a Zoom event and I need to be fully bilingual, English and French. Would the interface be in French if the attendee chose French as their language? Would all the buttons on our event be bilingual, such as the buttons for sign up, lobby, sessions... etc.?

We are holding an event next month that offers attendees a professional development certificate upon completion. For those registered who cannot attend, we would like to offer them the opportunity to watch the recordings of the sessions so they can then receive the certificate. I have been trying to find where you can access the analytics of who views recordings from the LOBBY (not the Zoom web portal), but I'm not able to find this information anywhere. Is there a way of accessing those analytics? 

Hi I am mod for an investor event for my company in 2 days and have discovered that the settings are different to the ones I usually have when I have just done a zoom webinar. I chose to upgrade my subscription to the new 'event' option as the branding is nicer, but in my trial run I couldn't work out how to get 2 speakers plus the presentation slides on the screen. It lets me select side by side presenter mode (shows the slides plus 1 person) but I want to have 2 people visible while the slides are up. I tried spotlighting two people but it isn't changing what attendees will see. Please help me!

What is the most effective way to distribute class materials (pdfs) to attendees of a Zoom event?

Hi Zoom Community, If a Presenter is unable to use the zoom app (blocked by their organisation) to present can they present through their browser in Zoom Events? If this is possible, how do we go about setting this up? Many thanks  Richard

I created a paid event in Zoom events. However, it appears that registrants can login to the event from multiple devices. We want to prevent that so that paid registrants cannot share their login credentials to give access to a non-paid registrant. Is this possible?

Without changing anything, one day this started happening. I am connected to computer audio as usual. And the laptop's speaker is chosen but I can't hear anything. I open the audio settings to test the speaker and before even clicking on it suddenly I can hear the speaker. I test the speaker (same laptop speaker) and can hear the chime. Great. Close the window and can no longer hear the speaker. So now I have the window open the entire meeting to be able to hear while I try to figure this out. Help!

I was testing license assignments and now I have message: You have exceeded the limit of license assignment for your account. Buy more licenses to increase the limit.But I still have one license which is unused. How I can at least assign it to some user and use my license? At least Zoom need to show that limit somewhere or return my money.   

Two questions:1. When I download an attendee list from our meeting in Zoom Events, it has many who are listed as absent in the lobby plus the join and exit times are blank, and the video watch time is also blank.Why are they listed if they didn't actually attend? 2. We also seem to have a lot of people who join the lobby but never join the meeting...is that a design issue? Perhaps it should take them directly into the event when it starts if they joined the lobby?

Hello Everyone, I host events for different clients with over 50 people, and in these events, I regularly use breakout rooms to facilitate different conversations to be held within the zoom meeting. More often than not I want to pre-assign these people to these breakout rooms. However, I do not seem to be able to pre-assign multiple sets of rooms in advance.  For instance, I host an event which contains multiple rounds of workshops, and people can sign in for specific workshops before the meeting. I can only pre-assign the first round of workshops with the people that were signed in for those workshops. Workshop rounds 2 and 3 will then either require me as host to assign all people manually myself to the new rooms which costs a lot of time, or require the participants to select the correct workshop room by themselves. I would very much like a feature allowing me to pre-assign the multiple rounds in advance. Something like this:&nbsp

Hi. We are organising a multi-day summit next March. I want to ensure that people using screen readers or other assistive technology can register for the event, and to also bookmark individual sessions. I am struggling to find any information about the accessibility of the registration form, and navigation of an events hubs. Any advice on this would be very much appreciated.Stephen
