Hello — I’m really disappointed with Zoom Clips lately. Since the most recent update (around [insert date]), none of the features seem to work as expected.I record clips, but when I share the link with clients, they get an error when trying to download or view them. We are absolutely sure the sharing settings are correct.I’ve lost multiple important clips — they simply vanished from the library, even though I never deleted them. This is very concerning.I relied on Zoom Clips for delivering training materials and client deliverables. Now I have to re-record everything or switch to another tool, which is a huge time sink.I tried contacting Zoom support, but only got boilerplate responses or referrals back to community forums. That doesn’t help when I have paying clients waiting for content.If Zoom wants people to trust Clips for professional use, these issues need to be addressed immediately

Good afternoon! We had a webinar for 3 days in a row. I downloaded the conference recordings from the cloud. On the first and third day, the recording quality was poor, but on the second day, the recording quality was good. I need the recording quality to always be good. How can this be done?"

One recording has been stuck in a "Trimming in Progress" state. It's been like that for more than a year. Want to delete it to claim some space, but there is no option to delete it. How can I get it done? There is no option anywhere to submit a ticket or something.Thank you for any suggestions.

I recorded my meeting to my laptop and it converted.  However. during the playback the video does not play in conjunction with the audio.  For example:I was showing a basketball clip and was narrating the action but the audio did not match what was shown on the screen during the meeting. The audio stated, and here we see the ball is tipped but the video is motionless. Thanks for any suggestions.

I am trying to gather consolidated data about clip viewing statistics; how many views, how many unique viewers, and completion rates - in a bulk format.  Is there any way to pull this data besides going into each individual clip and viewing the statistics tab? 

I've been recording zoom clips all morning to send to my clients. I finished one recording and It came up with that error and now all of my recording have disappeared. I've tried everything and even recording from the past month are all gone. How do I get them back ASAP

All my clips disappeared. When I try to contact support it says my account is Basic and for that reason I cant contact support except for reading the community, when my account is supposed to be a paid account (the last payment was 4 days ago and successful). in my main profile online it says my account is "Workplace Pro". When I try o creating a new "Clip" id doesn't save it after I record. In the clips area it just says "No Data".What is going on?? How do I get my clips back??

Hello I had a zoom video - i trimmed but trimmed the wrong portion of the video - how do i get the original back?

I have an account *******@gmail.com, where we regularly make some clips for our clients!And now they are gone! We have never placed them to Trash or Bin. In all my accounts of admin account I dont see my clips (nothing in the trash) Help please! It is urgent!

hello, I have recorded 72 clips and after editing, the sound and video doesn't match up.I am using a fairly new Mac air laptop, normally I have no issues with editing Loom clips, or editing other video content generally.I have tried playing the clips on my iPhone 16, with and without wifi, but if I try to watch the clip and select a certain point in the video eg 2mins into the playing, the sound and video don't match for the rest of the clip. I tried downloading the clip - the video and sound are not synced in the downloaded file.My clients would need to access these clips for learning purposes.I am faced with having to re-record EVERYTHING again, or change to use the app called Loom.Please help me with any suggestions. 

Would like Zoom Clips to have the option to transcribe my recording clips, not finding any information if clips will include this either now or in the future.

Hi, I've recorded a zoom clip that has a transcript which is visible from the URL. I'm able to download the clip but the download doesn't have the transcript. On my web portal, I can see the clip under "clips" but can't see it under "recordings" and i'm not able to download the transcript this way.How can I resolve downloading my transript ?

Is that true that ZOOM doesn't record if I join the meeting from iPad?Even I've heard "recording is progress" ?

I recorded a meeting and accidentally stored it in my computer. I wanted to store it in the cloud so I could share it easily (too heave for emails). How can I upload it to the Zoom cloud now? 

It's absolutely infuriating to me that when you are on the Clips tab of the Mac app, there's no obvious way to click "New Clip". Why do y'all make it so difficult to just navigate to create new content? This is so basic and annoying 😠I'm on Version: 6.3.11 (50104)

Hi there, If I have a 'Zoom Clips Plus' plan and I find the 'Zoom Workplace Pro' plan necessary, can I just upgrade from the former to the workplace pro plan? How much will it cost? Can I only pay for the difference between the two plans?

Hi everyone! I’ve been running into a problem when using the Zoom Clips feature. Whenever I create a clip and select “Share computer audio,” the clip records the audio just fine — but I can’t hear the audio myself while I’m recording. It’s like the sound gets routed into the recording only, and not to my headphones or speakers. Has anyone else faced this? Is there a setting I’m missing, or is this just how Zoom handles audio routing for Clips? Would love any help or workarounds! Thanks in advance 

I was in a Zoom call on another person's account, so the other person was the host and not myself. I hit record, and the only pop-up window I saw was one that said request the host to accept. The host, I presume, accepted, and we had our meeting. I can't find the recording anywhere. I've looked in the settings Users/Name/Documents/Zoom. I've looked in Finder and there are no MP4 files from today at all. No recording with today's date was shown. I've also tried restarting my computer, and I tried the customer service phone number, which, for some reason, the automated security screening couldn't find my account, so I couldn't talk to someone. This is for a school assignment that we recorded twice already. I really don't want to film again. 

Zoom clips provide users with 3 options for how to share their clips: Anyone with the link can view: Allow anyone to view the clip without restriction. Anyone at Your Organization: Allow only members within your account to view the clip. Only invited members can access this clip Apparently, after speaking with Zoom support, it's not possible to restrict your Users not to use "anyone with the link can view" as a Zoom Admin. allowing only "Anyone at Your Organization" or "Only invited members" In our company, this feature is necessary as we don't want our recordings to be publicly available with the link for security reasons.What is also sad, is that this sharing option is the default one, and the default option cannot

Great to see Zoom in the space of clip sharing. We would like to see if there is a way to integrate zoom clips to hubspot. We can use the clip links to send them to our prospects and track their usage and analytics on hubspot activity. Is there an option to do this?
