Assigning agent to multiple shifts in WFM

I have staff that work different shifts from week one to week two.  I watched the tutorial on Rotational Schedules but that was specific to multiple agents on a single rotational schedule.  In the rotational schedule, how can I assign a single user to multiple shifts?

    Hi @Matthew Krier,

Apologies for the late response. We’re glad to have you here.

To assign a single user to multiple shifts in Zoom Rotational Schedules, go to the Managed schedules tab, select your schedule template, and open the Assigned users tab. Click Assign users, search for the user, and assign them to each desired shift (event). Each assigned user will receive their own copy of the event, but only the schedule admin can edit the event details.

You may check out this link to learn more. Have a great day!
