ZoomMate

lets get to know each other!

Zoom Workplace 7.1.5 on Fedora does not provide the My Notes transcription experience available on Windows and macOS. Please add Linux support and publish its roadmap status.Zoom’s documentation is currently inconsistent: the dedicated My Notes requirements exclude Linux, while the general Notes documentation and Workplace release notes describe Linux availability or Linux-visible controls. Please clarify which My Notes capabilities are supported on Linux and whether full transcription and AI enrichment are planned.Relevant Zoom documentation:https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0083849https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0057702https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0061222

Hi there,Hoping that somebody can kindly clarify the current position for ZoomMate on AU01-regionally provisioned Australian accounts?ZoomMate now supports ZM+, Zoom’s APIs include ZoomMate licensing fields, and Zoom has publicly identified an Australian customer using ZoomMate, one of our universities. For an AU01 account:Is ZoomMate now supported? If so, it is not listed as an add on that my account can purchase, and it would be great to purchase it.An AU01-specific answer would be very helpful for Australian healthcare customers.Thank you.

olá, eu preciso de ajuda. Tive problema em um concurso q dui eliminada em uma etapa, e preciso provar que eu estava numa reunião marcada pelo zoom. Como posso obter suporte do zoom pra provar esse histórico?

Hello!     I was curious if anyone had documentation about privacy relating to ZoomMate. Do they use third-party AI companies, and what privacy agreements does Zoom have with them? Is information used and jkepy by Zoom to further train its AI model and can this is opt-out?

Does the AI model use the Summary or the Full Transcript to update the Summary when prompted. For example, I have had a meeting, a meeting summary was generated, and I am not asking the AI to reformat the summary (lets say to put it in bullet point format). The model regenerates the summary with the bullet point format. Is the model using the original transcript or is using the summary?

Hi Community!I’m wondering if anyone has successfully used Zoom’s AI features to evaluate customer success meetings? From what I could gather from documentations, the Quality Management tool isn’t the best option, but this could be done through workflows and AI agents.

Hi  I do not have AI companion enabled in my zoom. How can I enabled it?

I wants  to disable AI note takee

The future belongs to leaders who know themselves. 🧭AI is changing everything about how we work, but the human qualities that make a great leader? Hi everyone! ZoomMate might not be the right place, but there’s no “Workflow” product community that I can find.I’ve created a 3-step workflow which creates a meeting summary and sends it to a recipient -- a recipient who is neither an attendee nor an invitee.  I’ve created the workflow AND pressed the Deploy button, and the Workflow screen tells me “Workflow saved and deployed. You can enable or disable it anytime in Workflows.”The Workflow is visible in “Created by me”, and not visible in “Deployed by my organization”.Now here’s what’s in my Meeting > Edit view:When I click “Attach workflow to this meeting”, only a list of Zoom-provided example workflows comes up.  My workflow does not appear; here I’m searching for “outlook” (short version: out), and only the Salesforce workflow (with “outcomes” in its description) is shown. How do I make my workflow visible to me?  And if I want others in my organization to use it, how can I get it “truly deployed” at the organization level?  I’
