To send a text message using Zoom Phone:

1. Open the Zoom Phone widget in your Zoom app.
2. Go to the SMS tab from the dial pad.
3. Click the pencil icon to start a new message.
4. Enter your friend's phone number or name.
5. Type your message and click the send icon.
