Setting up Zoom Phone & Auto Receptionist Hi. I am new to Zoom Phone and trying to get it configured for a small office of eventually 3 people. What I want is for people to call a main company number 999-999-9999, hear a voicemail greeting and that says “to reach person A, press 1...to reach Person B, press 2… to reach person C, press 3,” Once the caller presses a number, the call will be forwarded to that User’s extension or cell phone. Currently, I purchased two Zoom Workplace Pro Plus licenses. I thought the Auto Receptionist would need its own license and one license for myself. I’m a little confused because I have assigned one license and one is unassigned. The main company number 999-999-9999 is assigned to the Auto Receptionist at Ext. 801.I am setup as a User at Ext. 800. When I dial the main number, I get the greeting and when I press 1, the call is forwarded to my extension. Is this the correct way to have it setup? Does the Auto Recep
