Our Mitel 6940 phones have not switched over to daylight savings time.  It worked fine in the fall but not this time.  I do not want to go into each device to change the time.  Is there a provisioning command to do this?  The time zone is assigned to each user and I do not see an option to change it for devices.  I have added in an NTP server and a secondary one.  I did a resync account and the provisioning date changed but the phone did not reboot.  I wanted to open a ticket to find out why it failed but I also cannot find where I can open a ticket.  It only shows a virtual agent.  

Why are people around the world addicted to their phones?Do you miss using phones like people used to in the past?Do you miss the time when people talked more on the phone?

I cannot find a way to upgrade as described in the title line. Is this possible?

Hi, I am on a two week trial and since I am not paying yet, can’t get an onboarding call.  I am about 95% of wayto where I need to be.  I have one area in particular I an not quite figuring out.  Here is the basic scenario. I have two lines…..  this is for a small salon business.   The first line is the MAIN number people will call in on. All I need to happen is when that line is BUSY that the call get routed and ring the second line.  If it doesn’t getpicked up it will go to a shared voicemail box.   After hours, the call to the main line will automatically go to VM sono issue with having to route.   That is really it, how do I make sure line 1 routes to line 2 when busy.   Thanks in advance,Bill

I would like to have the functionality to remove "Zoom Phone Entities" list from view. We do not use it and it is cluttering up the screen.  Additionally, For system wide contacts settings, Please make each item for this option toggleable. "List all Zoom Phone Entities (Call Queue, Shared Line Group, Auto Receptionist) under ‘All Contacts’" We want more control over what our users see. They get confused/overwhelmed when they see 10 contact list and half of them are empty or used for call routing purposes but we cannot turn them off.   

I have a Zoom phone license assigned to a user and they don’t see the Zoom phone icon in the Zoom Workspace app on ios.  I’ve made sure the setup process is complete on my end and it says it’s ready to go. Not sure why it’s not working.  Here’s a picture of their phone:

Hello everyone,I received a notification that a refund of $25.29 USD was processed on 03/04/2026 for a payment originally made on 02/27/2026.The issue is that I did not request any refund and I did not cancel my Zoom Phone subscription.Has anyone experienced something similar?Could this be an automatic refund or a billing/security issue?I would appreciate any guidance from other Zoom Phone users.Thank you!

I can hear my phone ringing and I’ve also done the test speaker function, which I can hear but once I answer a call, they cannot hear me and I cannot hear them. I have test called other people so I know it’s not the client, it appears to be on my end. 

I cannot seem to find my AI companon while logged into Zoom for phone use. Does anyone know where I can access it?

Hello! We have Zoom as our telephony service in the USA and we use Singlewire Informacast for out bells and announcements. There is a feature called CallAware that gives us notifications when a caller dials an emergency number. In our testing we’ve discovered Zoom considers 911 and 933 as emergency numbers. What other numbers are considered emergency for the United States? Thank you for any help!

We started using Zoom fax recently. Our team has one feature request- to receive email notifications of fax transmissions (success / failure). I know this information can be found via the Transmission Report, but the request is to receive notifications automatically. Appreciate this request being considered for a future release.

I figured out how to create a call queue and add 2 members. I need to add 4 additional people however I’m not able to. One person has a license but the name is not populated in the list when you click Add. The others are not licensed. Does everyone have to have a license in order to be added to a call queue - I believe I read this somewhere.I’m going in circles and cannot figure it out.

Is there a way to mark Zoom SMS (not team chats) as unread? Our company uses SMS all the time for customer service, and it would be nice to not lose track of messages. This seems to be a feature that most phone services offer these days. 

Having to go to the Zoom webpage to manage call handling, to enable/disable calling to the Mobile app is not ideal especially if you are working remotely and don’t have access to your laptop. Having a simple switch (like the call queue switch) to adjust your call handling in the respective apps would very helpful.

Hi.  I am new to Zoom Phone and trying to get it configured for a small office of eventually 3 people. What I want is for people to call a main company number 999-999-9999, hear a voicemail greeting and that says “to reach person A, press 1...to reach Person B, press 2… to reach person C, press 3,”  Once the caller presses a number, the call will be forwarded to that User’s extension or cell phone. Currently, I purchased two Zoom Workplace Pro Plus licenses.  I thought the Auto Receptionist would need its own license and one license for myself.  I’m a little confused because I have assigned one license and one is unassigned.  The main company number 999-999-9999 is assigned to the Auto Receptionist at Ext. 801.I am setup as a User at Ext. 800.  When I dial the main number, I get the greeting and when I press 1, the call is forwarded to my extension.  Is this the correct way to have it setup?  Does the Auto Recep

We have been getting a lot of feedback around the user experience of the Search By Name directory feature with Zoom phone.  It is very slow to return results and read them back, we do not have a way to remove the extension from being read back to the customer, and in some cases when we transfer from our contact center system to Zoom Phone directory we will lose audio packets resulting in the first name not being pronounced so calls get routed to the incorrect users.   I would really love to see Zoom invest some dev resources into this and look at using a speech recognition directory or allowing admins to modify more settings when it comes to the search by name auto attendant.  Would love to see if anyone else is having similar issues or has thoughts on this.
