As a long-time Zoom user, I would love to see a 'Chat Replay' or 'Simulated Chat' feature for Simulive/On-Demand events. Currently, I use WebinarJam because it displays the original chat history alongside the recording, which makes the event feel more 'live' and engaging. If Zoom added the ability to sync a pre-recorded chat transcript with a video, I would move all my events to Zoom to avoid the 'jam' issues on other platforms.

I am using windows 11 and Movavi software suit which has Movavi Screen recorder. Movavi records video and audio from non zoom platforms but does not record audio (only video is visible). Suprisingly, the audio was recorded sometimes but did not record most of the time because of which I have lost many education zoom webinar audio. How to fix issue.

I know that Zoom uses registrant and attendee data to create registration and attendance reports for webinars. Does it use this information in any other way?

I ran a webinar yesterday and some interesting comments came through in the Chat.  I tried to save them before closing the webinar, but failed to do that successfully.  Is there any way I can retrieve the Chat content afterwards?  

I use Zoom for my broadcasts, but several of my students are reporting that they can't rejoin the broadcast unless I end it and start a new one. I've tested it and I'm sure they're not logged in on other devices.It's probably a problem with Zoom not recognizing when students leave the webinar.Is anyone else facing the same problem?

Hi. For Zoom webinar, we set a 1-week reminder for attendees and panelists. A panelist received the reminder email, but the email did not note that they were a panelist. Also, the Join link/URL in the email is slightly different than the link/URL in the “Invite Panelists” section of the “Invitations” setting.Is there a different setting that needs to be changed so panelists receive the correct email reminder, noting that they are a panelist? Or do we need to let the panelists know that they should ignore the reminder, and that we will send the “panelist” invite manually?Thank you. 

I have a webinar scheduled with breakout rooms enabled. I would like someone in each breakout room to record locally (I will make the co-hosts), just like you do in a Zoom Meeting. Is this possible? I tested and it let me as the Host, but I hesitate because of the confusion is here on the Zoom page: https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0057838Local recordings are also not supported in webinar breakout rooms.   

We are changing some roles in our organization, and I will no longer be hosting a series of repeating webinars that I have created templates for. I would like to copy those templates to another user in the same account, who will host the webinars. There doesn't seem to be a way to do this without deleting my account. I don't want to delete my account, as I will still be using it for other meetings. It seems like this is something that we should be able to do.  Is it, if so, how can we do that?   Thank you in advance for any guidance. 

previously you had to use a meeting to host several breakout sessions.Has that changed at all - can we now use a webinar to host breakout sessions?If we can - do we have to have the event license?Does anyone know if you can purchase that for a month or is it a yearly commitment? 

Hey Zoom, Are you aware that affiliate marketers are using the webinar email feature to promote affiliate offers? If you're getting spam complaints, that's one of the reasons why. If you're getting a lot of unsubscribes, that's one of the reasons why. Reach out to me, and I'll give you screenshots. CherryM

We do multiple webinars every month.  Attendees have to register and then use their link to access the webinar.  I have an attendee who shows they are in attendance but they are not able to access the webinar.  They can’t use the link again because it says they are already an attendee.  If I remove them, it says they won’t be able to rejoin.  This has happened to this attendee more than once.  Any ideas on how to resolve this?

Attendees have been joining AI notetakers to our company webinars, and I am trying to prevent this from happening. I don't want to manual remove them during the live session. In the account settings I have blocked as domains Read.ai, Otter.ai. Do you have any recommendations?

Zoomのウェビナー機能を使用して、企業説明会を実施しました。当ウェビナーではホスト以外にも複数の社員がパネリストとして登壇して企業説明会を実施しました。ホストが画面共有をしながら説明を行ったのですが、他のパネリストのカメラがONの状態になっていたにも関わらず、一般参加者の画面の方でパネリストのカメラが表示されず、ホストのカメラと画面共有されている画面のみ映っている状態となりました。画面共有をOFFにすると他のパネリストのカメラも表示されるものの、再びホストが画面共有を行うと、パネリストのカメラが表示されなくなってしまいます。こちらの原因をお伺いできますでしょうか。 

Is anyone else seeing this message “This webinar has reached the maximum allowed share sound sessions” when trying to share over another person who is already sharing with sound?This seems new to 7.0.0 They only solution we found was to stop sharing sound on the shared then overtake with screen share, or have sound off on overtaking device then turn on sound once shared. It’s doable but not ideal for our workflow.

Hi - I have been creating polls since June 2025 and every time, I add a poll as “save as webinar poll.”  Just today, that option is no longer there.  Has anyone else experienced this?  And how do I save as a webinar poll?!  Thank you!! 

I have a HubSpot form that is meant to register people to a Zoom webinar using the meeting ID. I have three of these forms and three different webinars active. For some of the forms on HubSpot there is no errors with a specific contact registering. However for the same contact on just a different webinar I am getting this error back from HubSpot and the workflow is not completing: "Got User not found error from Zoom API".All the zoom webinar ID’s are correct. The Zoom integration in HubSpot can see all three webinars and can sync to them. The strangest part is that the user with the same email can register for one webinar no problem but the other two return the error.

I had a webinar set up and many people registered. The zoom interface to sign up is very boring, so I switched the registration to Luma, with the Zoom integration. So that people don’t have to register in 2 places, I turned off the Zoom setting “Registration Required.” But then it permanently deleted all the email addresses who signed up on Zoom. Reversing that setting change doesn’t do anything. Very bad design.

A company that I used to subscribe to receive a service from, but I have since cancelled, is continuing to add my name and email details to register to new webinar series. The company is then using this as an excuse to try to continue to charge my credit card to attend and view the webinars. I never signed up for the webinars and I do not want to receive these spam emails. How am I able to unsubscribe from these webinars that I never signed up to? (a fraudulent company is using the invites as an excuse to try and charge me for attending the meetings!)   

I am organising a Zoom webinar with registration details to be passed to my organisation's Hubspot account. However, I noticed that Hubspot contacts that already exist will not be updated to reflect a new Zoom registration activity. I thought I might instead create a Hubspot form and a landing page for the webinar, with an automation for anyone who fills out the Hubspot form to be automatically registered in Zoom as well. But I can't figure out if that's possible - does anyone have any experience?Also, is there a way to view a registration list in Zoom webinars?Thank you!

I want to run a webinar where I’m sharing my screen and have my thumbnail to the side of the screenshare for attendees. I’ve followed the instructions to have “side by side gallery” and have attendees following host’s view, but all you can see is the screenshare, not the thumbnail. Any idea how I can resolve this?  I’ve seen this info from support but it doesn’t work:“The “Live” View In Zoom Meetings, each attendee has control over their own display configuration; the Host can affect that to some extent, but ultimately the Attendee has control. You can advise your attendees to change the settings in the upper right View menu, with the side-by-side option being most often used to make the full presentation unobscured.  In Webinars, the Host has full control over the attendees’ view – though panelists (everyone “on stage,” so to speak) still have control of their own view. Can anyone suggest a solution to my problem please? I get no sound at all through headphones during Zoom meetings, on a Lenovo T490 laptop with Windows 10. Video audio is good, and music too, and the laptop speakers work ok. My headphones are cheap JVC ones with a lead which I plug into the audio socket on the laptop (there’s no microphone socket, so no chance of me putting it in the wrong one by mistake). Today I uninstalled and reinstalled Zoom Workspace, so it must be the latest version. I have looked through all the Audio settings, nothing seems to be incorrect (and the microphone is enabled by default). I would like to buy some new Bluetooth headphones, but I am frightened that after spending money I will still have the same problem.

First timer … searched Focus Rite, but the results padlocked on the camera function of Zoom.I have a Focus Rite Scarlet Solo device.  It takes an external Shure Microphone with the “XLR” connection and my bass guitar in the standard 1/4’ audio jack … digitizes and sends to the computer with USB.  The device works fine on Apples “Garage Band.”  It will discern for the vocal track the mic, and for the bass track, the “instrument.”  However,  when I try to use this device in a Zoom session with my bass instructor, he can hear my voice, but he can’t hear my bass guitar.  Seems to me, it’d be “all or nothing” … I DID discover yesterday, in starting my own session, I could hear my bass … but when I joined the session my instructor started … no bass.what do I need to do in Zoom to avail the bass guitar to the program so that my zoom participant can hear it?Version 6.7.7 Zoom software.  Thank you for helping a newb!
