I have Zoom events & webinar. We’d like to leverage the zoom platform to provide registrants on-demand access post webinar. I just don’t see it anywhere or how I can access it. Can someone please help?
Just received a new email with latest spam technique - “Clips - XYZ Company shared a clip with you”This time there is even no unsubscribe link in the email so they can keep spamming indefinitely.Prediction - this will become a real nuisance unless you’re willing to block no-reply@zoom.us (which would kill all legit webinar emails as well).
I scheduled a webinar. I have about 40 registered. I would like to see where they are from. What city, state, country and organization. There were all required questions on the registration link. I tried to export the list of those registered, but the list only shows their name, email and individual zoom link to log on for the webinar.
We run webinars in several languages on the same account, including, for example, English, French Canadian, German, and Hindi. We can already translate the Title, Description, custom Questions, and confirmation emails per webinar, which works well. The gap is the standard registration fields — First Name, Last Name, Email, and the "Register" button text. These currently follow either the account/browser language or a manual toggle the registrant has to find and click themselves, rather than the language of the specific webinar they're registering for.It would be really useful to set a fixed display language for these default fields at the individual webinar level, the same way we already can for custom content. That way a German-language webinar would show a German registration form by default, without relying on the registrant's browser locale or them switching languages manually.Separately, it would help to have Hindi or French Canadian etc. added to the list of supported interface la
I have a Word Press site that uses Fluent Forms & Automator to sent a Webinar registration to Zoom. Suddenly I can’t make Automator connect to zoom and the webinar so I can’t set up my next webinar. I have tried to find the Integration the Word Press integration in Market Place - but I just can’t find it. HELP!! Does anyone have a set up from Word Press to Zoom for Webinar registrations?
Can't find the list of those who have registered ? Where do I see who has registered for our upcoming webinar? Thx
Hi,Up until last week the screenshot symbol was visible in the chat menu when hosting webinars. It’s now disappeared, I’ve clicked on the ellipsis in chat and next to the More option and it’s not visible. If I use snipping tool the option to paste does not appear. Has this facility been removed from webinars? Thanks

Hi,About 1-2 times a month, I receive spammy, unwanted webinar emails stating, “Thank you for registering for [webinar name]. You can find information about this webinar below.” I have not signed up for any of these webinars, nor do I have any interest in participating in them. They also automatically add the events to my Google Calendar, which is irritating and can be confusing to my colleagues looking to schedule meetings. The most recent email I received (7/30/2026) had the subject line, “Video Surveillance ROI in 2026: Security and Operational Insights Confirmation,” which I find simply ironic. The reply-to line also uses the email dadoyl@boardcast.live, making me suspect that this may not be a legitimate Zoom email. How do I remove my email from this list? I can’t find any settings related to privacy or email preferences when looking at the account management page through Zoom on the web. Thanks in advance,Ryan Nelson
Hi everyone, Does anyone know how to add the Meta Pixel tracking code to Zoom Events? I have set up a conference business in Germany and would like to use Meta Ads to drive traffic to the website. I do not necessarily need the tracking code for this, but I would like to define what a conversion event is and optimise the Meta Ads for this event type. Thank you for any solutions or workarounds. Kind regards, Claudio Marseglia

Hi community, we are running webinars Mo-Friday multiple times a day (during different times). These are currently set up as recurring weekly webinars, and all the dates are added manually every day. Nevertheless on our booking page old dates are still available to book. We don’t want to loose the data from these sessions so removing these seems not an option. Additionally, a time at 1pm comes automatically to the schedule even though it is not time we offer. How do we setup the booking page so that – only dates in the future are visible (preferably to block 60 minutes before webinar starts), not have to add all occurencies manually, and not having this 1pm sessions plop up randomly? Also, why doesn’t the booking page show day of week, and webinar duration? Can this be changed? Thank you in advance.
Attendees have been joining AI notetakers to our company webinars, and I am trying to prevent this from happening. I don't want to manual remove them during the live session. In the account settings I have blocked as domains Read.ai, Otter.ai. Do you have any recommendations?
What do I need to change in our settings, so that I can see the names of participants again?
Hi! My association is trying to test out webinar access on one of our accounts. Does anyone know if it's possible to get webinar capabilities as a sort of trial run for one time before purchasing? Thanks!
I have some webinars that need to be fixed. Their end date says Dec. 23, 2026, which is what I want, however, when I'm in the details tab then look at time, the occurrence(s) end date is Aug 20, 2026.
I am a Zoom Webinars Plus user (formerly Zoom Sessions). I have a colleague from another organization (with their own account) who is setting up a Zoom Webinar (not plus) that my members are also invited to attend. Is there a way for her to be able to add me as an alternative host only her webinar? I wanted to help her with some of the branding details etc. I don’t need/want access to their Zoom account administration.
We run a weekly webinar and I often see participants joining VERY early. Is it possible to see the names of the participants in the Waiting Room? I currently only see the number of people in the waiting room, but not who they are. We are running the latest version of the Zoom Workplace app on our PCs and our webinars are setup without registration, in case that makes a different. When I search Zoom support, I get conflicting information. Thank you.
Hi, I'm having an issue viewing the attendees information during a live Webinar. I tried to turn on and off the feature, tries to reset all my setting it checks that i can view all but when I jump on live webinar the feature doesn't work. Also the chat feature, I can't see the chat of my clients during my zoom, i tried to turn on these setting but still no working. Does anyone have a clue what I'm doing wrong? I have a licensed account for up to 500 participants.
Is it possible in a webinar to have the Chat default be to All? Right now, it defaults to Hosts and Panelists and attendees need to remember to change to All. We would like this reversed for webinars, the default is Chat comments are visible to all unless Hosts and Panelists is specifically chosen. Our attendees often forget to change the selection and so the discussion is being lost.
This is so frustrating. We bought a license but it doenst work and have to speak to a chatbot.
We recently hosted a webinar and in the registration form it included Country/Region and Job Titles etc. But when I went to export the registrants and/or attendees from Reports the CSV file only shows First name, last name and email, and is blank for all the other information we should have collected. We have Zoom pro. Does anyone have a solution to getting ALL the data from the registrants AFTER a Zoom Webinar has finished.
Hi! I published an App on the Zoom App Marketplace and I am looking for some feedback. It is an integration between OBS and Zoom. It allows you to add guests from Zoom as native sources in OBS.It also has Zoom Chat integration which I’ve been using particularly for webinars. It takes the Zoom Webinar Chat and puts it on my screen as a Twitch-style overlay. It also allows me to click on any Zoom message and pop it up on my screen. Great way to address comments and questions from chat during a webinar. Here is the demo video. https://youtu.be/aIfCPQiXx-QAnd here is the listing on the Zoom App Marketplace.https://marketplace.zoom.us/apps/9ZWYWHNdRCSuI-9pFTuPJwAnd here is the github link for the OBS plugin.https://github.com/LetsDoVideo/feeds
I already have a hand-raised app which stops people from disrupting meetings and webinars with constantly raising and lowering their hands. After seeing a number of people posting about hand-raising situations, I will be looking to extend the app or create a new one to provide more support around hand-raising.Ideas so far.Track people who hand-raised into a list Manage hand-raising Counting those who have raised hands and maybe yes/no too.Would love some feedback and use case ideas.I will push for Zoom to make these part of the core product, but I can do quite a lot building another workplace app.On the privacy side, we would only know users' screen names, not their personal information. I'm not sure if this is the right place, but I wonder if anyone, particularly someone from Zoom, can speak to the issue of the overwhelming amount of webinar spam that's going out. It seems that some email addresses have been handed out to different marketers, and those marketers are regularly signing up people to Zoom conferences that they haven't asked for. Because of the way my system is set up, when I get a meeting request, it goes on to my calendar, and then I have to deal with it. Sometimes, I just get an email saying that the webinar is starting, and it's all junk. I've requested several times to have my name removed from the list. I don't want to be removed from all webinars because I do have to attend them as part of my work, but I'm absolutely fed up with the amount of webinar spam that I'm getting through Zoom. I think it's not just bad for the companies that are producing this spam but it's also bad for Zoom as a brand.
