Hi Zoom Developer Community,I’m currently in the process of submitting my app for Beta Testing on the Zoom Marketplace.After completing all mandatory requirements and switching the environment to Production, my app failed the Security and Privacy Compliance Review with the following message:“We noticed your app supports TLS 1.0 & TLS 1.1, which are considered insecure. To put it shortly I have uploaded all the documents with their respective names. I have attached information for the reviewer how to log in and test it. It got rejected with the claim “you haven’t uploaded any info for reviewer / no documentation”  I also have not seen ANY attempt to log in from the reviewer’s end and I have RUM set up with Datadog. What can I do? I attempted to communicate by responding to the reviewers notes and no response. What should I do?  

I am receiving a string of added scopes for my app, but, and even though I have added meeting:write:meeting in my scopes and it shows clicked, my test does not have it included together with the other scopes. How can I confirm that that particular scope is saved?

I have all the Slack phone integration options enabled but there are some issues:/zoom call @user shows every number the user has registered with Slack as part of the dropdown. There should be a way to control this as the default would ideally be their extension. Using the “More call options” dropdown in a DM seems to never show an extension as an option. Again, this really should be controlled or extension should be the default. I’m trying to get to a point where it’s just as easy to use Zoom for a quick call as it is a huddle and these are the primary gaps I see.

I need to create webhook subscriptions programmatically with unique URLs for each user, something like:  https://myapp.com/zoom/events?integration_id=user123When I try POST to api.zoom.us/v2/webhook/subscriptions, I get error 2300 "endpoint not recognized."Is it possible to create per-user webhook subscriptions via API for OAuth apps? Or do I need a different app type?Currently I can only set one static webhook URL in the app settings with ngrok for the local testing ,  and it works i got the events also but for the dev enviroment we need a proper mapping with the inetgration to

Hi-I have a Zoom Meeting in our Zoom Webinar & Events account that I want to stream to Facebook. The Zoom event is owned by an organization account, and I am an alt host for it.I want to stream it to a public Facebook Group where I am an admin.I set up a Facebook Event with live video, and my accounts have all the permissions they seem to need.I got the new Zoom Live Streaming app on my Zoom account, and it looks like I can use it to stream to the org YouTube account, but it’s unclear how I can connect it to the Facebook event, or even to the Facebook group. It looks like it will stream to my personal Facebook account feed.Please help!

Hello I cannot uninstall any Zoom Apps, if I click uninstall it says 'Error: Network error'

I recently created a Warmly account through Zoom. The name tag is cool, but there was no easy way to turn it on and off in the middle of a call, so I deleted it from my Zoom account and I deleted my Warmly account, but the name tag continues to appear on the screen when I'm sharing my camera. How can I get rid of this? 

The Zoom Timer app no longer works for me as of yesterday. I have never had trouble with it before. I have uninstalled and reinstalled both the Zoom app and the Timer app within Zoom, and restarted my computer. The problem remains. When I open the app, the Timer logo flashes briefly and then I get a black screen instead of the timer. I am running macOS Catalina 10.15.7 and Zoom version 6.2.10

Has anyone attempted to integrate the Avigilon cloud managed video reader into your zoom environment? Calling and DTMF trigger to unlock doors works fine, but I'd like to share video via the Zoom desktop client.

Does anyone by chance know of an App where Tasks can be submitted to a particular user on zoom and then it can handle repeating and alerting the user to the pending tasks until they take action such as On Hold or completed?  Thanks

Hello everyone,I am using the Zoom API in my React.js application to create meetings for users to join.I have set up a Server-to-Server (Internal) App through the Zoom Marketplace, which allows me to create meetings programmatically. Here is a detailed description of my setup and the issue I am facing:Objective: My goal is to create multiple Zoom meetings using a single Zoom account, where participants can join, but the host account never joins the meetings. The account is solely used for scheduling/creating the meetings.Challenge: I understand that Zoom imposes a limitation where a single account cannot host more than one meeting at the same time. However, since the host (the account creating the meetings) never joins, I would like clarification on whether it’s possible to create and manage multiple meetings simultaneously using this account without encountering any issues.Technic

I made  the mistake of using read.ai and I cannot figure out how to get rid of it. People are now kicking me out of meetings due to the read.ai appearing in the chat.

I'm in a bit of a bind with read.ai. I host a recurring meeting set up with "join before host" so that participants can interact if I am late or can't attend. At the very first meeting, a participant enabled read.ai, which I have disabled every time. That participant has not attended since that first meeting, and yet the read.ai prompt shows up at the start of the meeting every single time.  I have read all the other posts by users who are trying to disable the read.ai service, and none of them apply here because (a) I don't have a read.ai account, (b) setting up a waiting room won't work with the "join before host" option, (c) the person who invited read.ai has not returned to the meeting but the read.ai bot still shows up, and (d) even if I reach out to that person, it isn't clear how she would turn off the service without joining the meeting. Is there any way to eliminate the read.ai service, or do I have to set up an entirely new meetin

I use the Zoom app on my Chromebook, but I've had this issue with the web version and the downloaded program on my windows computer before. There's a button when you log in that says "keep me logged in" that seemingly is only for aesthetic purposes. I am logged out after every meeting, rendering the button useless. I've seen that because I have a free account I can't host for longer than 40 minutes, and lucky for me, I'm not hosting! I've searched the forum and seen this question being asked but not answered several times. I've seen random (sorta scetchy) tricks in order to stay signed in but... the button that says "stay signed in" should do that. The constant logging in is annoying to the point of me not wanting to use zoom at all. If my internet gets shaky and the call lags for longer than 5 seconds, I have to log back in. If I have two meetings back to back, I have to log back in between them. If I want to check my schedule

Are there any plans to add support for LG WebOS or ipk package distributions for Zoom?    It would be great to be able to use these televisions for Zoom meetings and gatherings!

Hi everybody, Has anyone tried using Zoom's YouTube app from the Marketplace?  We're hoping to use it to substitute the need for hosts to share their screen to show YouTube content.  However, we notice a few issues:--The host can hear the YouTube audio, but guests can't, despite the video being in sync.--When trying to change from one video to another, the app performs inconsistently: it either changes to the next video, or nothing happens.  Even when the current video ends, and you attempt to select a different one, it doesn't play, requiring you to close out of the app and reopen it.Just curious to see if anyone has identified other bugs so I can reference those issues as I open a case with Zoom support.  Thanks!--Andy Borts, Zoom Administrator, UNLV
