줌에서 보안설정 변경은 유료회원만 변경 가능한가요?앱에서는 전혀 변경이 안 되고 데스크 버젼에서도 일부만 변경 가능 한 듯 합니다 (전에는 무료회원도 가능한걸로 알고 있는데 바뀐건가요?) 

Hello,  Can someone direct me to the new areas where older functions can be located in the new workspace version of Zoom Meetings? I want to share my screen and give remote access to the Zoom participants. I used to be able to do that under the Share function. Now I can't find that option.  Thank you!

I have a scheduled YouTube Premiere video for my Book Launch, and I want all participants to watch it with me through Zoom. I do not want anything to go wrong. Is it possible to achieve this on Zoom?

I use Zoom to teach Korean Professionals. I use the transcript feature to assist in administering lessons and offer feedback. Although those in the meeting are speaking English, The transcript is recording what they are saying in Korean. This has never happened before. Any insight as to how to change this would be greatly appreciated

Hello, i’m facing an issue with my zoom meetings. The video option is not available when i host meetings. The error i see when i hover over the meeting window prior to starting the meeting is that the “host has turned off video for this meeting” - which doesnt make any sense, as i am the host. In my settings, under Video, my USB Video Device is detected, showing my video and working. I have ran CleanZoom and re-installed, but only for the Zoom Workplace client. I am unable to install the citi.zoom.us ZoomVDIUniversalInstaller, as the installer fails due to not having permission to install a zVDdiService.dll. I have full admin access for my home PC, so unsure why this would be the case.

We use the all screens share extensively to assist participants through installs, activities and to do some semblance of proctoring when doing quizzes.  I have checked all my settings and all the appropriate settings are still enabled to be able to use the all screens share.  However, it does not show up as an option under the share button in the zoom in-meeting menu.

In the meeting I want to get the transcripts without recording the meeting. I tried by turning on the caption but at no point did I get the choice/button for transcript. Please help. Thanks!

Hi team, I knew that I can see up to 49 people on one screen in Gallery View mode,Then is it possible to see 98 people If I use dual monitors?(There is a dual monitor tap in the video setting..) Is there a way to see more than 49 participants at once with one accounts?

I have experienced this when i updated it on AUR using yay, from 7.0.0-1 to 7.0.5-1. When using 7.0.0-1 it works fine but after updating it lags so much. 

I have four displays, with virtual screens on one of them. The latter can be assigned by dragging the menu bar to it in the System Settings app, Display, “Arrange...” button.If the Zoom Workplace window is on that screen, when I select “About Zoom Workplace” from the menu bar, the About window pops up on to of the  Workplace window. The Workplace window is greyed out until the close button is clicked on the pop-up window, or the Esc button is pressed on the keyboard.If it is on any other screen, the About window is off-screen to the right; i.e. invisible. This can be seen by pressing the Exposé button on the keyboard (F3 on recent MacBooks).I’ve reproduced this on Version: 7.0.0 (77593), but it was present on my previous version as well (of which I couldn’t figure out which version it was because of this problem; until I recently figured out that it behaves correctly on one of the displays.)

Hello,I'm experiencing a recurring issue with my Zoom display name.In my Zoom profile, my full name is correctly set to damien( ...Full first name and name). However, every time I join a meeting, my display name shows up as "damie".I’ve already tried the following:Verified that my Zoom profile (on the web) shows the correct full name.Checked the settings in the Zoom desktop app.Despite this, Zoom continues to display "damie" by default when I join new meetings.I'm using a free Zoom account, so I don't have access to direct support.Does anyone know how I can fix this so that my correct full name appears automatically in all meetings?Thank you in advance for your help!

Something has changed in recent weeks and the entire online piano teacher community is suddenly having the same issue where almost every note our students play is muted no matter what audio settings are enabled or disabled (BELIVE ME, we ALL know what audio settings are supposed to be on or off for lessons...we've been doing this for 3 years now, so please don't reply telling me to "enable original audio" or uncheck "automatically adjust microphone volume"). Students who I've had no trouble hearing ever before are suddenly all having the same problem at the same time, even after we've double-checked all audio settings. Zoom has changed something and it's screwing with our business! Can anyone shed any light on what on earth is different now and when/how Zoom is going to fix it?

Zoom 6.4.12macOS 15.5 In a recent upgrade Zoom has resumed its normal bad behavior by launching on macOS login. I do not want this for myself for my 60 coworkers. Zoom should only run when the user wants it to run. I do not see any of the normal ways to have it not run on its own. I assume if I remove the LaunchAgent it will just create it again. I thought that Zoom was over breaking macOS conventions and sticking its nose where not wanted. I've checked macOS user launch settings, the icon in the Dock, and settings inside of Zoom Workplace. When I see this sort of behavior there is no way in heck that I would consider buying a Zoom product, such as a Zoom phone system. Hopefully there is a simple solution and I'm just overreacting. But while I at it how do I remove the AI Companion ad from Zoom Workplace window?

When i click on zoom it doesn't work.a message appears saying that the zoom has an older version not supported anymore by my systems on my amazon fire 10 tablet device or something. What's the deal with this?

I get a red dot in the sidebar of the Zoom Workplace App and individual red dots I have to clear out in the chat pane of the workplace app every time someone enters anything into the chat or enters a meeting in my personal meeting room, and a red dot notification every time *I* enter anything in the chat during a meeting I am hosting. How do I stop this? I would like notifications for 1 or 2 chat threads that are useful and important, but they get drowned out by all the spam notifications that I don’t need (e.g. I have to “mark as read” every single time I put something in my own meeting’s chat so I can see when a colleague has added to the chat) I am in meetings 6+ hours a day with many people. The red dot has become completely meaningless, and I miss important messages in the giant pool of unnecessary notifications. I want to clarify that I have turned off every single setting related to notifications in the Zoom Desktop App and in my computer’s settings. I have 'original sound' and 'blur my background' set on my zoom app.When I join a meeting from a link, those settings are gone and I can't enable them again.I'm joining from browser.What am I doing wrong...I'm fairly new to zoom. Thanks in advance.

When I share an application window there is normally an annotation icon in the bottom left corner of the shared screen or in the meeting controls.  If I share my entire screen annotations are available.  However, this is not ideal for my purposes as it takes over the participants screen and impacts their workflow during the meeting.I have checked my account meeting settings and annotations are enabled.  I checked my Zoom app settings and the “include annotation toolbar” is selected.I’m running Zoom 7.0.5 (3034) on Fedora 44 with Gnome 50 and Wayland 1.24.  Same problem with Zoom 7.0.0 (1666) and 6.7.5 (6891) so I suspect this is a Gnome 50 issue. 

At work, there are instances when a Zoom meeting isn’t scheduled and we are meeting in person. When clicking share on the home screen on the Zoom app, it projects a mirror of my screen in the meeting. My laptop display doesn’t seem to allow me to select extend display so that I can treat the projection as a second screen. Is there a way to treat my laptop and the projection in the meeting to be two separate screen? Or, is there a way for me to use the share option on the Zoom home screen but have it give me the picker instead of automatically share my full screen? I want to project a presentation to screen but see notes on my laptop.

For the past few days, I haven’t been able to share PDFs during my meetings on Zoom. I should mention that I’m working on iPad, and until now everything was working perfectly. Where could the problem be coming from, and what should I do please? Depuis quelques jours, je n’arrive plus à partager de PDF lors de mes réunions sur Zoom. If an individual uses a Zoom link to register to attend a session on Zoom. Does the individual use the same link to access the scheduled session that he used to register? Or will he receive a separate Zoom link for the session itself? 

I regularly share my screen to annotate documents. Currently I annotate by writing with my hand held mouse, however this is becoming more difficult as my hands get older. Is there a way I could link up a tablet and 'pen' to zoom, to be able to do this as though I am writing on a piece of paper with a normal pen? If so, what would you recommend? Thank you.
