We conducted a meeting and the next day was sent an email from webinartv.us that our "webinar video" was available on their website. We did not agree to this and it seems that they had a fake person register and then recorded our meeting to be posted on their website. The only person that was on the registration that was not engaging and stayed on even when the meeting was over was named Jordan Spencer and had an email ending in lightconnect.space Alerting zoom about this and others.

Hello, I used to have a plethora of virtual backgrounds to choose from, and not there are only 5. When I click the "+" sign, my options are to add a video or image (of my own), but no other backgrounds to choose from. Just got a new MacBook but they were there last week. Anyone know how to find the other options? TIA

I have Zoom Workplace 6.3.0 (52884) installed. The computer is trying to update to 6.4.2.During the course of the update, I receive the message that the feature I am trying to use is on a network resource that is unavailable. I am to look for “zoon InstallerFull.msi”, which cannot be located.Downloading the latest version of Zoom does not resolve anything. The computer does not accept the msi file that has been downloaded.Attempts to delete the app failed, with the same error message generated.Suggestions / Guidance please.Thank you

How about the Q&A feature. before the last update i was able to access Q&A settings now i can even find it anywhere anymore. it is only accessible using the personal ID and this is loss of my investment right now if i create an official meeting using generated IDs i lose the Q&A feature even when i am the host

So there are two archives in the cloud: the first one (36 seconds), the second one (1 hour two minutes).I’d love to delete the first archive, because it has no content, and leave the last one.I see both at the same time in the list of the recordings, and the system lets me see them one after another, but I want to delete the first one and leave the second one and share it with the attendees.Do you know how can I do it? I can’t seem to get my photo background to work correctly 

Hi everyone,Has anyone noticed brief audio dropouts since the recent Zoom desktop update? In several meetings, audio cuts out for a few seconds while video and internet stay stable.I’ve already updated Zoom, tested different headsets, and tried both Wi-Fi and wired connections, but the issue still happens randomly — especially in longer meetings.Curious if others are seeing this or have found a fix. I have a user who is not receiving emails that are normally sent to a Meeting Host after their meeting ends, which are the Meeting Assets email for a Meeting Summary, and the Cloud Recording email for a Cloud Recording.  They used to receive these emails, but they recently stopped.I receive these emails, and so does everybody else.  As far as I can tell, this user’s settings are exactly identical to anyone else who is successfully receiving these emails.  I also asked our Systems team to review the user’s O365 account to see if there are any emails from no-reply@zoom.us, or any other source, that are being hung up or sent to a hidden folder due to some Outlook Rule, or anything like that, and after thorough review, they found nothing.  The funny thing is, the user is receiving the “Your meeting attendees are waiting...” emails from no-reply@zoom.us, but they are not receiving any others.  I also tried sharing one of my Meeting Summaries with them, which for anyone else would

We use the all screens share extensively to assist participants through installs, activities and to do some semblance of proctoring when doing quizzes.  I have checked all my settings and all the appropriate settings are still enabled to be able to use the all screens share.  However, it does not show up as an option under the share button in the zoom in-meeting menu.

Currently using Arch Linux with Wayland.  With the latest zoom installed (6.6.0), using pipewire for sharing.  The first time I try to share a screen or window, it works fine.  If I stop sharing and try to share again, it only shares a completely black window or screen.  Immediately after I stop sharing the first time, I get the following messages in ~/.zoom/logs/zoom_stdout_stderr.log*** pw_stream_set_active called from wrong context, check thread and locking: Operation not permitted *** impl_ext_end_proxy called from wrong context, check thread and locking: Operation not permitted 'this->recurse > 0' failed at ../pipewire/src/pipewire/thread-loop.c:62 do_unlock()I cannot figure out if this is a zoom problem or a pipewire problem.Everything works fine in X11.

Hi!  I’ve just upgraded to Zoom Client 7.0.0 (1666). The search bar on the top now pop up a window that is different from the app and where I cannot type anything inside. There’s an input for the search, latest searches, results divided by type. Only the X to close the windows works.

We use the SDK's live transcription feature to provide live captioning for webcast audiences.We've see that Portuguese is still not available as a supported language in the Meetng SDK's transcription implementation — despite the fact that Portuguese is supported in Zoom's native client (both for automated captions and as a default language in the interpretation feature). This issue has been brought up before, but I have not seen a response from Zoom.This creates a real business problem for us. Portuguese is the 6th most spoken language in the world and the primary language of Brazil, one of the largest and most active corporate events markets globally. After the update, my annotations don’t show correctly. They only show if I’m on the zoom tab. Before, I could open the tab I was sharing and hit the annotate button. Now that doesn’t work. Also, when I share my screen, I can no longer see my student’s video. This only happened after the update. I have been using Zoom for years, but this will greatly effect the efficiency of my tutoring business. I have to continue to switch tabs to zoom in/out and scroll down the page I want to annotate on because the annotation only shows on the zoom tab.
