external participants cannot join meeting with registration option

I just hosted a large meeting with registration with external participants. 10% of the participants had issues joining. When clicking the link in the registration email, a white screen showed and meeting was not loading. he particpants could not join. what is the reason for this and how can this be resolved? Anyone facing similar issues?
