Mail & Calendar

Our organization just updated to the New Zoom Web Experience. On the Web Home Page, when you click ‘Start’ on a scheduled Meeting on your Calendar, it opens the Meeting only using Zoom on the Web. The Desktop Workplace App offers a more complete feature set, better user experience and, by Zoom’s own admission, the “best media quality” as compared to the Web version. Inconsistently, using the New Meeting or Join buttons on the Home Page both launch the Desktop App, as well as the Meetings Tab under the Waffle. My suggestion: Create an Admin Center setting to select the default behavior when launching Meetings from the Home Page Calendar: either the Desktop App, the Web App or to prompt the user to select which one.

Hi everyone,When I try to connect Zoom with Google Workspace (Zoom for Google Workspace add-on), I sign in with Google and grant access, but then I'm redirected to integration-gws.zoom.us/gsuite/oauth/zoom-google-workspace/authorized and get an "HTTP ERROR 404 – page not found" message. Screenshot attached. What I've tried so far:- Retrying the connection from Google Calendar- An incognito window, signed in with only one Google account and one Zoom account- Disabling browser extensions and allowing cookies- Removing Zoom's permissions from the Google account and reconnectingThe issue still remains. Browser: [Chrome, Microsoft Edge]Has anyone found a fix or workaround? Thanks, Greti

Hi Zoom Support & Service,I immediately need to integrate zoom scheduler (calendar, appointments, meetings, etc.) onto my Apple Calendar.FYI - I do not use google, microsoft, or other products. Only with Apple!Thank you for your prompt reply with tips how to work well with Apple Calendar!Nice greetings,JUE6

I sign in using my gmail account however in my account -> Settings-> Main & Calendar: it s showing an old email I no longer have access too. This prevents any invites I get in gmail from showing up within Zoom. I have tried removing/updating this within Zoom but it keeps returning. Any ideas?

A spammy online marketer keeps sending me Zoom email invites, and it's clogging up my inbox. I never subscribed to their thing and there isn't a way to unsubscribe/remove from list through the zoom invites that I can find. I don't want to block the emails because it will block all Zoom meeting invites and I do need access for work purposes. Nor do I want to just create a new folder because real meetings will get lost in the spammy jungle. Does zoom have no way to ask to be removed from someone's meetings?

I am repeatedly receiving unsolicited emails inviting me to join meetings and automatically entering the meetings on my Outlook calendar.  These are from persons or companies I haven't heard of, or are from zoom for their training meetings.  I haven't been able to find any way to stop this.  I am so tired of regularly having to remove these meeting from my calendar and there is no option to unsubscribe from the zoom emails.  Please help.  Thank you.

Can you please advise how I can sync with ICal as it is not working anymore and causing much additional effort at the moment. I do not use outlook or google and want to use apple calendar. The seemless sync was one of the main reasons choosing Zoom. Could you please help? Me and my clients are really frustrated.

I am using a tablet computer running Android 15  to run zoom as a telehealth device in-clinic with fully kiosk single app to lock down only zoom (this issue occurs without the kiosk app as well, I just wanted to illustrate the use-case.)  The whole system hinges on the ability for us to send the email link to the tablet’s email address and to be able to access that link within zoom’s email function.  The issue is when we have the zoom app running all day after about 4-6 hours we’ll get the message “your email isn’t connected.  This can happen if you changed your password or need to authenticate again.  Please reconnect.” I’ll try the reconnect and I still get the message.  Then I close the app and reopen it, the message goes away and the connection works.  I realized that I don’t need to reconnect at all and if I just restart zoom the message goes away and the connection is restored. The issue is that I'm trying to run this as a kiosk app and it’s really difficult to restart the app whe

I’m troubleshooting a ZoomGov scheduling issue in Outlook for Mac. The user can create Zoom calendar invites through Outlook on the web, but the desktop add-in displays error 202 and does not become usable after SSO.EnvironmentmacOS: 26.6.2, build 25G83, as reported by Intune Mac model identifier: Mac15,4 Outlook for Mac: Believed to be 16.x; exact version/build pending confirmation Mailbox: Microsoft 365 / Exchange Online Integration: Zoom for Outlook add-in using ZoomGov and organizational SSO Management: Intune managed, supervised, and reporting compliant; registered in Microsoft EntraSymptomsThe desktop add-in displays:“Something went wrong. Please refresh this page. (Error code: 202).”We also encounter the following sequence:The user opens the Zoom add-in and completes the initial SSO sign-in. The add-in returns to the meeting-settings window. The “Signed in as” field remains blank. “Add Zoom Meeting” is visible but unresponsive.Signing out and back in repeats the incomplete loadi

Hello Team,May I know if zoom mail to outlook migration is possible?I have checked few feasible options, but it doesn’t look like a straightforward migration. Microsoft 365 doesn’t provide Zoom Mail as a direct migration source. IMAP could be an option, but Zoom’s IMAP support appears to be restricted.Could anyone help me with the solution on how to migrate zoom mail back to Outlook 365?

I am looking for an integration (synchronization, not just import) of my Zoom calendar with other calendars. Ideally it would be a bi-directional synchronization via webdav. Does anyone have a solution for this. Background: Neither Google nor Outlook fulfill the necessary data protection requirements and couldn't be used. Many thanks in advance

I want to use send any email from zoom use my official name and email address instead of zoom default email address [no-reply @ zoom.us].How to setup this with my zoom account

We have a secretary who is a delegate for a managing partner. When she creates a Zoom meeting for him, and then goes back into the appt. to update it - adding add'l participants, changing the date, etc., the updated information/participant disappears shortly thereafter!  The added participants are never invited, and the updated information is never updated. Has anyone else experienced this? Any fixes for this? We have an open ticket with Zoom tier 2.  Thanks!

A zoom meeting invite from a third party to me does not include a link to add the meeing time and details to my Apple calendar. Is this only achieve manually?

having some issues with Zoom custom branding, previews okay but when the customer sends invites it sends in plain text, its a google workplace customer, rather than Microsoft

Where can I find "Specify a time range (days)", in the Zoom application to display ALL of my meetings for the next 10 months? I can't make changes in "Meetings" to the date range and, when directed to "Profile," there is no place to make a change.

I am really upset at this point.  I don’t know how long it’s been since Zoom made the decision to shut down the link between Apple’s standard calendar and Zoom.  THIS IS RIDICULOUS. You only support Google, Microsoft Exchange, and Microsoft Office 365?? Your own support documents describe how to hook up Apple’s Calendars (https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0068623) but says that when you click on your profile link that under Settings you’ll find Calendars?  NOPE.  So you’re trying to force us into using products of companies that have no problem scanning and selling our data?  At least Apple protects our privacy!  I REALLY RESENT THAT YOU’VE RAISED PRICES AND COMPLETELY OBLITERATED BASIC FUNCTIONALITY FOR APPLE USERS.  And yet, in other threads, you have the gall to tell us that “oh no, everything’s FINE” and that we should be able to connect a calendar?  This is NOT TRUE. I’m so angry at Zoom right now.  It’s IMPOSSIBLE for me to figure out time zone

For the love of christ and all things holy someone please help me stop the stupid zoom app from creating duplicate events onto my google calendar!! I have three duplicate events for the same meeting and it's always that way when someone uses my scheduling tool in dubsado. Where are these events being created from? Why is it creating two different events for the same meeting and asking if I am joining. Why is it asking if I am attending if I am the host? Does this message board not allow photos or screenshots? What a horrible company.

Are you able to auto forward emails from Zoom mail? My job won't allow us to sync Microsoft 365 with Zoom so I would like to auto forward my emails from my zmail to my outlook to ensure I don't miss anything. I didn't see this option anywhere and wasn't sure if it was something I am missing.  Thank you,Nieatta

How do I turn off AI assistant in email?

Hello Team,I hope you are doing well!We are doing a outlook to zmail migration. The migration process going fine however, whenever we want to migrate mailing list we don’t see outlook option. We only see Google. Can anyone suggest me or help me how to proceed with it?Please find the SS for your reference

My iPhone calendar used to connect automatically to any meeting I setup on my zoom calendar. Why is this no longer a seamless option. This is extremely frustrating. Why in the world would this be removed?

I am having trouble with folks registering for our zoom meeting and adding it to their calendars but then it doesn’t appear again or show up in the calendars. Some folks are also having to register for each meeting separately. We are also trying to edit each Zoom calendar invite with the specific details of who will be presenting (not just on the registration link and meeting details).

I’ve noticed since the beginning of this week that Zoom stopped sending me notifications when my recordings are ready. I already checked my Zoom portal and confirmed the setting is turned on. Our company Exchange server isn't receiving these emails either. Any idea what might be causing this?
