Webinars Plus

I am working on an event in Zoom Webinar Plus. I want to be able to ask our breakout groups to participate in polls. I’m seeing polls in the main session area, but I cannot see them in the breakout rooms. Is there a way to add polls into breakout rooms? My event is this week and I need to find an answer to this asap. Thank you!

Hello Zoom webinerdsAnalytics on this license is quite powerful but unfortunately it cannot be shared with 3rd parties easily. They have to wait for me to download a report and then share it. Other platforms let producers share a link which can be accessible without a licensed access. In my case, sales need to see who is registered already before sending invitations to their clients. Has aynone else come up against this issue? Any workaround? Any Zoom plans to make their analytics more accessible? Thank you for reading!

Hello again fellow webinerds,Zoom Webinars Plus offers a lot of options when it comes to customising the registration form for an event. Is there any way to build a standalone page with a form that then points to the Zoom API? Any example at all? I have been told by sales that it was possible but I cannot find much on the help pages. Thanks in advance for your helpXP

Hi everyone,I recently promoted one of my own webinar funnels and found that getting people from promotion to registration was harder than I expected. That experience made me step back and think about the whole webinar journey, rather than focusing only on registrations. It also made me curious about where other webinar organisers experience their biggest drop-off.From what I’ve seen, challenges can happen at several different stages:1. Promotion → RegistrationGetting the right people interested enough to register.2. Registration → AttendanceGetting registrants to actually show up.3. Attendance → EngagementKeeping attendees interested, participating and staying through the webinar.4. Engagement → Next ActionHelping interested attendees take an appropriate next step after the presentation.5. Follow-upContinuing the conversation with attendees and people who registered but didn’t attend.6. MeasurementUnderstanding what happened after the webinar and which parts of the journey are working

In my webinar analytics, I noticed that Chat is showing several messages as deleted. Why might this happen, and is there a way to restore those messages?

I have an event with recurring sessions with different topics. I would like to pull a registration report for a specific event where I can see who registered, the custom questions I added, how many minutes they attended the session, and the attendance. These are the options I’ve tried:Event Analytics>People Tab> Sessions and registration attendance table>Selecting the specific session and downloading the CSV X This does not show the custom questions I asked for during registration.  Going to custom report and selecting attended sessions and event attendance then selecting the columns with the registration questions.  X Depending on my selections, this shows everyone who registered for the event or only the people who attended the event and I need to see all who registered.  I could pull a general report, but I would hope I could save some time pulling a custom report and not have to delete the other rows of information I don’t need.

For our webinar, one of our speaker’s profile picture is not displaying.  Not using video, so we’d like the profile picture to display. We’ve looked for answers on this but nothing has helped or fixed the issue.  Any clue what might be causing this and how we can fix it?Here’s what we’ve done and have tested:Yes, other speaker’s profile pictures are displaying Yes, tried making him a host but it didn’t help Yes, his zoom application is up to date Yes, we tried different “test” webinar sessions but it did not display his picture No, “Hide participant profile pictures in a meeting” setting is not enabled at either the account level or the webinar session’s security settings Yes, we tried turning that setting on and then off again… just in case! Yes, he does have a picture uploaded to zoom and said picture has been populated by zoom both in the webinar-settings-speaker page, and during the webinar when you click on his name within the participants box Yes, his profile picture does display

Hello, Is it possible to embed the registration form directly on the webinar plus event landing page, so that a user does not need to visit two pages to register? The regular webinar registration page does this, but I cannot seem to figure out how to do it on the webinar plus.  Thank you

There is a field for Host contact email under General Configuration. It says: Attendees can use the email address you enter below to contact you. Zoom will continue to contact you through the email address associated with your Zoom account.Where exactly does this email actually show in the webinar process? Is it in the lobby, emails, etc.? How can attendees respond to the email that you put in this field if the webinar confirmation email comes from Zoom?

I uploaded the csv file and i accidentally swapped the lastname/firstname fields. What is the best way to remedy this with least confusion for the registrants?

In Practice rooms you can join to practice with your hosts days before your webinar without it notifying your attendees or impacting the webinar itself, is that the same for the Backstage in Webinar Plus?

If you missed Wednesday's bonus AMA, you missed a good one. No agenda, no slides — just an hour of real questions from real Zoom Events and Webinars Plus users, answered live. Here's what came out of it. HighlightsSimulive vs. Production Studio, settled once and for all. This comes up constantly, so we made Mike answer it properly: if your event repeats often and the content doesn't change much, Simulive is your friend — set it, forget it, let it run. If you want more flexibility (intro/outro/countdown videos, scene switching, playing a clip at exactly the right moment), Production Studio gives you that control. Mike's team runs their weekly YouTube shows entirely on Production Studio scenes for this reason. Want to watch Mike give the quick run down? here you go Certifications just got a lot more flexible. They now work across single, recurring, multi-session, and older/legacy events — previously you'd have had to duplicate a recurring session to add them. You can also manually push o

We recently hosted an Office Hours conversation around the things we wish we knew before starting with Zoom Events. It was a fun conversation with a ton of great content and feedback from the Zoom Events user community! Wanted to drop the key takeaways here, or feel free to register and watch the session. 1. License Settings Shape Everything — Audit Early and OftenYour license holder's web portal settings directly control event functionality — even when hosting through the events portal. Critical toggles like co-host permissions, screen sharing, Q&A, and recording options must be reviewed before launch. Many teams discover these limitations mid-event, forcing rushed fixes during rehearsals or live sessions. Kelly Carvalho's advice: audit your account settings (meeting, webinar, and recording) at the user level before your first event to ensure your production capabilities match your vision.2. Authentication Is Your Access Control Strategy — Not Just a ToggleAuthentication controls w

For a published SIMPLE_EVENT, both GET /v2/zoom_events/events and GET /v2/zoom_events/events/{eventId} return description: "" even though the public event page has visible description content. Which API endpoint exposes that public-facing description?

Could we add and display a timestamp showing when each attendee raises their hand in a Zoom for Government webinar. This would help City Clerk staff manage public comment requests in the order received and provide greater transparency during public meetings. Ideally, the timestamp would be visible to hosts and co-hosts and included in webinar reports for audit purposes.

When the host disables "Allow Participants to Raise Hand" in a Zoom Webinar, all existing raised hands are cleared from the queue. We request that existing raised hands remain visible and retain their position in the queue, while preventing new participants from raising their hands. This functionality is needed for public meetings, where the City Clerk closes public comment for an agenda item but must still recognize speakers who raised their hands before the comment period ended. The current behavior requires staff to take screenshots of the queue before disabling hand raises, creating unnecessary administrative burden and increasing the risk of errors.

We created a webinar in Webinars Plus. On the registration page it is displaying our “event organizer” details which includes our company name, address and phone number. Previously I was told that this was required to display in order to enable attendees from India to join my event.  I unchecked the box agreeing that I was to enable attendees from India to join my event. Previously this would hide the event organizer details, but now it’s not.  Has anyone taken the steps successfully hide the event organizer info?

The end survey only appears on the lobby and the thank you emails, it would be more visible if the companion app would redirect attendees to it directly, would it be possible to add this as a new feature please?

Hello, we need custom questions to be added within the normal registration form in a particular order. At the moment they fall at the bottom of the form which breaks the logical flow of questions.Any chance we can add this feature please? I know custom forms can be built but other vendors like ON24 offers this off the shelf and we are used to it. Thank you!

Is there anyway to setup recurring SimuLive inside of webinar plus? I know it works for traditional webinars and meetings but don’t see the option anymore inside of webinar plus. Thanks!

Is it possible to schedule more than three sessions on the same day within a recurring session webinar? Is this limitation specific to the Zoom Webinars Plus product? My use case involves scheduling four sessions on the same day within the same event.

I know Zoom has a 'Simulive' feature for pre-recorded webinars, but does it also support replaying chat in live chat from the original recording?
