Webinars Plus

I am having “issues” connecting the SDK to a webinars plus event.  Are we able to do that? I am using a general app and can connect to a meeting or webinar using the same app but as soon as I try to connect to a webinars plus lite or full event, I get a Signature Invalid error.

I’m trying to confirm: Is there a maximum number of live panelist camera feeds that can appear as selectable “sources” inside Production Studio? If 20 panelists have cameras on, will all 20 appear as available video sources that can be pulled into scenes? Are there performance considerations on the host machine that affect how many live sources can be active simultaneously? I want to confirm any tech limitations before committing to Production Studio.

Hello,I’m new to Webinar Plus.  I’ve created an event and the ticket price but am not clear on how attendees actually register and pay to attend.

My team recently held a webinar using Webinars Plus and we noticed that we couldn’t visibly see who was in the waiting room. We could only see that 20 people were in the waiting room and everyone was let in once the Webinar started. We want to have greater control over who can enter our webinars. I know in Zoom Meetings you can see who is in the waiting room. Is there a function available for Webinars Plus that allows us to manually approve people into our webinar, or allows us to see who is in the waiting room?

Greetings. In Webinars Plus, is there a way for a Host to communicate with a guest Speaker privately in writing in a virtual session? What about for Speakers to communicate something in text to Attendees? In other words, is there some kind of Chat feature in Webinars Plus, similar to what one may find in Zoom Meetings? The only thing I know of is Q&A, which doesn’t work in these cases because the Host or Speaker can’t submit something. Thank you.

How can I disable the option to include an image in Zoom Events for a multi session event? I don't have images for all of the sessions and dont want to see the blue tubular picture that is automatically used by Zoom Events.

Recently, we have discovered that webinars created through Webinar Plus are not triggering the registration_created webhook. However, the regular webinars do. Any suggestions about this failure? Do we need to set up an additional scope or feature to enable this webhook?

I went to a zoominar(from Zoom), about the webinar + and setup of events, etc.I did have several questions about setup:We need to be able to setup an event that is 4 weeks, daily, with different sessions throughout the day, different times, instructors.Registration.  We need to be able to acquire who attends each event to ensure they are coming to all their sessions or at least a good number of them, otherwise, they don't get their badge of completion!Would registering once for all events be, besides a good user experience, advisable, would we get the registration numbers we require or what would be the cons of doing it this way?Do we need the Multi-event ability in our company account to schedule or setup our event this way?I do like the ability to have a page/portal for the attendees to go to, register(either once or for each event)-would this work in our case?Can we set a time limit on the videos recorded for th

Have been having a lot of issues with zoom at the moment, my account went from sessions to webinars plus and some features were deleted as part of the re-brand. The option to create channels and playlists were there, but now unusable despite me creating a channel before it changed. Moving to a hub which allows me to create the channels and I have transferred past events across to enable me to use the recordings in that hub but some recordings and events are not there now. I have to use the main log in for zoom, go to recordings, download and then upload to a specific hub. This then only uploads a certain view, and no transcripts ect. losing the ability to use smart chapters etc. Is anyonde else having this issue or is there some simple way that I have totally missed?

I have a list of attendees who have already registered for a webinar via the HubSpot landing page and form. Now i would like to send them all calendar invites for the actual webinar but I would like to send them not Zoom.  Is there an easy way to do that?

I bought a top level laptop with w11 and zoom has a lot of issues when I start a meeting. It freezes, it does strange sounds on both sides. But it works on my old laptop with windows 10. I tried every suggestion in the community. But I believe zoom team must do some updates about the software.  I use a Lenovo e14, Ryzen 7, 64 GB laptop. I am certainly sure it is an operation system incompatibility issue which must be corrected by the zoom engineers.

Is there a way to have Zoom prompt me to record a session when the session starts?  I don't want to record all sessions, but I do need to have help remembering to do so when it is needed. Is there a way to set a session to be recorded when scheduling the session?

I thought we were able to log in to multiple devices at once under the same log in. Up until recently, I have been logged in for 2 laptops and a cell phone and sometimes a tablet as I often find myself switching devices from one zoom meeting to another. I have a basic user account and this only started happening to me as of last week. Today is June 16. Thank you

Hello,I have Zoom Workplace installed on my Mac and Windows 11 PC (Windows 11 Pro, v. 23H2, build 22631.5472).  The other day, I opened Zoom on my PC to discover I was signed out.  I have attempted to log in numerous times, but each time I do, I receive the message: "Please try again later. Error code 1."  Another message instructs me to check my internet connection (I'm connected, and it's working correctly).Zoom on my Mac is logged in with the same account and functioning fine.  I've had Zoom Workplace installed on my PC, and it has been working without a glitch since 2020.I've tried repairing the application and uninstalling/reinstalling it.  Neither attempt resolved the problem.  My account doesn't offer the option to contact Zoom support directly, except through the database, community, and chatbot.Does anyone have any suggestions on what I should try next?Nothing has chang

We own a fitness studio. We have professionally ran a camera and music and mic through textron software to our Mac computer.the music mic mix is awful nd drops out constantly. AvNow is saying it's a zoom issue. We have made sure the settings are "original Sound"  & "high Fidelity" it's not fixing it. Any other ideas? 

I am an avid zoom users and use zoom mostly all day/everyday. Recently-I am having a problem with audio for certain users that connect through zoom through their wifi. For example-if there are two other separate people in my zoom room, I can hear one of them very clearly and the other goes in and out and is "scratchy". This happens with more than just one user so I know it's not person-specific. It can also happen if two people are sitting together and logged in as one user-I can hear one clearly but not the other. It feels like something around what the audio is picking up---any leads on audio settings to help fix this would be helpful. This issue happens both on my headset as well as my computer. Please help! I need to use close captions just to hear all participants
