I am trying to confirm the exact behavior of Zoom Events Production Studio regarding speaker video tiles. If a speaker is assigned to a tile in a Production Studio scene but their camera is turned off, what appears in the live view? My goal is for a speaker’s tile to disappear automatically when that speaker is not on camera. I have reviewed the Production Studio support documentation, but this behavior is not described. If anyone has confirmed information from Zoom or has tested this behavior in a live Zoom Events environment, I would greatly appreciate your input.

Hello, I recently noticed that my Zoom annual subscription was automatically renewed, but I forgot to cancel it beforehand. The payment was processed about one day ago. Hello, I noticed that my subscription was renewed on 27th, November, 2025, but I intended to cancel it before the renewal. I clicked “Cancel Plan” immediately today upon realizing it, but the payment had already been processed. Hello, I used the pro free trial event for about 10 days from my usual free use. I'd appreciate it if you could give me a refund.
However, when I logged in to Zoom today, I saw a link recommending a free trial again, and I clicked and paid because I thought the free trial was possible again. (Expected payment of KRW 0)
But after a simple meeting, I checked now and it's a year-by-year payment, so I'm very embarrassed.
If it is wrong to use a meeting once, I hope a refund will be made within the possible range.
One-year payments are a big burden for me.

I am an online higher ed instructor. Although I have been using the college's Zoom for years, I have just created my own private account. It looks like it's all set up and I've been adjusting settings, profile, etc. but see that the Getting Started information references downloading Zoom Client. Do I need to do this? Why? Or have I already downloaded it somehow? Clearly I'm a newbie!
