What Happens to a Speaker’s Tile When Their Camera Is Off in Zoom Events Production Studio?
I am trying to confirm the exact behavior of Zoom Events Production Studio regarding speaker video tiles. If a speaker is assigned to a tile in a Production Studio scene but their camera is turned off, what appears in the live view? My goal is for a speaker’s tile to disappear automatically when that speaker is not on camera. I have reviewed the Production Studio support documentation, but this behavior is not described. If anyone has confirmed information from Zoom or has tested this behavior in a live Zoom Events environment, I would greatly appreciate your input.

Resolved! Request for a One-Time Courtesy Refund Due to Accidental Subscription
Hi, I understand that Zoom subscriptions are generally non-refundable, and I realize that this situation happened because of my own mistake. I’m the youngest employee in my team, and I’m still learning how these billing and subscription processes work. I now understand what happened, and I will be much more careful from now on to make sure this doesn’t happen again. I know this may be an inconvenience, but could you please consider making an exception just this one time and help me with a courtesy refund? I would be sincerely grateful for your understanding and support.
I accidentally subscribed to the plan while navigating through the settings, and I did not fully understand how the subscription system worked.

Hello, I recently noticed that my Zoom annual subscription was automatically renewed, but I forgot to cancel it beforehand. The payment was processed about one day ago. Since I have not used the service after the renewal and I do not have any plans to use Zoom going forward, I would like to kindly request a refund for this charge. Resolved! Refund Request for Accidental Renewal
Hello, I noticed that my subscription was renewed on 27th, November, 2025, but I intended to cancel it before the renewal. I clicked “Cancel Plan” immediately today upon realizing it, but the payment had already been processed. Since the renewal was unintentional and the payment was made very recently, I kindly request a refund for this transaction. Thank you for your understanding.

Hello, I used the pro free trial event for about 10 days from my usual free use. I'd appreciate it if you could give me a refund.
However, when I logged in to Zoom today, I saw a link recommending a free trial again, and I clicked and paid because I thought the free trial was possible again. (Expected payment of KRW 0)
But after a simple meeting, I checked now and it's a year-by-year payment, so I'm very embarrassed.
If it is wrong to use a meeting once, I hope a refund will be made within the possible range.
One-year payments are a big burden for me.
Please give me a refund.

Zoom Client
I am an online higher ed instructor. Although I have been using the college's Zoom for years, I have just created my own private account. It looks like it's all set up and I've been adjusting settings, profile, etc. but see that the Getting Started information references downloading Zoom Client. Do I need to do this? Why? Or have I already downloaded it somehow? Clearly I'm a newbie!

I'd like the ability to rename meeting summary titles...like on the recordings. Why can't I do that?
