Music On Hold

We have had requests for streaming music on hold. Our company provides streaming MOH for Asterisk, Avaya AAMS, CUCM, Engage, FreeSWITCH, Broadsoft and other platforms. Anybody know about streaming URL for Zoom Phone?

MOH files can be uploaded directly onto a customer's zoom portal. Please follow this KB article for the details on the steps:

This feature is currently not supported but is a feature request with no committed timelines yet. Please keep on the lookout in future monthly releases for this feature's availability.

As a customer, I'd be interested in this as the built on hold functionality is lacking when compared to third party providers that allow dropping in promotional messages or scheduling different messages.
