I can't hear the ZoomPhone for Salesforce recording.

I have linked Salesforce and ZoomPhone.I should be able to listen to recordings in the blue box in the following image in Salesforce, but the icon does not appear.Can anyone help me with a solution? https://org62.my.salesforce.com/sfc/p/000000000062/...
