Can not overbook same workspace at same time.

Despite showing as available, a seat that I am trying to reserve in WR is coming up with the following error:  Can not overbook same workspace at same time.

Is anyone else experiencing this?

Yes, I've been getting the same message. There is one specific desk that Workspace will not let me book even though it appears available. NOTE: I did book a reoccurring reservation for that desk that I have deleted. I wonder if that is still stuck on the backend and its not letting me reserve any new reservations for that space.

The error message "The same workspace cannot be overbooked at the same time" indicates that there may be restrictions preventing the reservation due to potential scheduling conflicts or the overbooking policy for that particular workspace. Did you ever figure out what was causing this?  We implemented Workspace Reservations a month or so ago and we get "complaints" every so often that this occurs.  As best as I can tell it might be something to do with Microsoft Outlook syncing?   Either the room somewhere hasn't synced properly that it's available or the user trying to reserve has an "outlook only" meeting on their outlook calendar at the same time that possibly is causing issue?  Those are just general guesses but would like to hear form zoom what drives this message.

 

Seeing this still today - after clicking Delete, prompted for This Reservation or 2nd option This Reservation and Following. We don't want to delete all the reservations, just the 1 day. Room is not book but appears the same MS Sync isn't flawless yet. We need to create more chatter around this... 

 

Yes, definitely still happens.  We run into this semi-regularly in our organization because many people will put a simple place holder meeting on their outlook calendar before selecting any resources etc.

We are using the Zoom Calendar Service and experiencing this when booking a recurring desk.

 

We can book it individually but if it is set longer than 1 occurrence the same message "Conflict with another reservation time, please re-select the available time to reserve." appears.

 

We moved away from Google Calendar when we moved the workspaces to another account. I also removed the bookings in the google calendar left over from the previous integration, just in case. Although moving the workspaces to a new account is in effect setting up a new structure.

 

All settings (account, location, floor and workspace) are not pointing to the Google Calendars as these workspaces were set up on the new account with Zoom Calendar Service.

 

Any advice where to look/how to resolve would be helpful as this is costing us time having all staff to reserve desks individually
