I am seeking assistance with the Workspace Reservation feature in Zoom. We operate a hoteling desk system and would like to implement a user-facing message during the desk reservation process. Specifically, we want to display a prompt that encourages users to remove any personal items from the desk after their use. Pardotのフォーム経由で申し込みがあった方をZOOMに登録する際に、 手順に沿って設定していたものの、「連携」タブの「構成」のボタンを押しても Pardotのセグメンテーションリストを選択する画面に表示されず、 連携ができません。(しばらく時間をおいても表示されません) 解決策お分かりでしたらご教示いただけますでしょうか? なお、Pardotで側でWebinar IDやpost URLは設定しているほか、 以前設定した際は問題なく画面遷移したため、原因が不明です。 よろしくお願いいたします。

Currently trialing out the new visitor management. Since it has been released in the last month anyone have recommendations for printers for reception for their guests/visitors? Ideally, print as a sticker, or if anyone has better suggestion?
As an Admin in Workspaces I can Search for user reservations but the result is No Reservations found. I tried changing floors, dates, times etc, but as an Admin there should be a general overview listing of all the reservations when I search a user name. Is anyone use Workspaces at an enterprise level with high levels of success? #askingforfriend

Hello there, I was wondering if there was a way to have it so only a select group of users would be able to reserve a specific desk. Looking through, I see there is an option to do this at the floor level but that would make it so the other desks on the same floor would not be able to be reserved by other users. Would appreciate help verifying that there isn't a way to do this (or there is)

Hello! I am almost certain this functionality exists but I can't find exactly how to do it, so maybe I'm wrong. The use case i'm trying solve is that User A is able to reserve workspaces for User B. User B is a sales advisor and their account manager(User A) creates all their meetings etc. As i said previously, during our demo period, i thought this was laid out as a possibility, but now trying to configure I can't figure out how and struck out on finding the instructions on my won.

I been playing around with Zoom Visitor Management System for some time now at my company and we enjoy it so far but I noticed a few missing features I list below. If someone could provide some information that would much appreciate.
1. How can I disable the Registration step in the visitor email? Or, more specifically, is there a way to send the invitation to a visitor already registered?
2. There appears to be no method to check out a guest. This appears to be automated, and I'm not sure what time Zoom checks out the guest. Is there a method to perform this procedure manually? For example, if I have a visitor arrive between 2pm and 3pm and they depart at 2:30pm, I don't see any option in the settings to check them out at that time.
