We've set up a webinar and invited one of our Zoom Rooms as a Panelist. The webinar appears on the controller in the room (it's a Neat Bar system), but when we join the webinar, it only joins as a Participant, NOT a Panelist. While we can promote them within the meeting, our use case will often be that the Zoom Room is invited by an external party to a Zoom webinar, and we'd prefer not to have to walk them through the promotion of the participant to a panelist.

Why can we not join the meeting as a panelist?

Hosted a webinar yesterday, had two people logged onto account as host and co-host. Premium account, which doesn't/hasn't timed out before. Webinar abruptly closed/got disconnected, without host initiation for both attendees and panelists. What happened?

Has anyone else experienced this issue? I'm trying to join a Zoom Events meeting using the Meeting ID and passcode, but it's not letting me in. Instead of joining the meeting, Zoom just redirects me to use the meeting link.

This is a bit inconvenient since I usually prefer (or need) to join using the Meeting ID and passcode.

Has anyone found a workaround or solution for this? Is this expected behavior for Zoom Events meetings, or is there a setting that needs to be adjusted on the host's side?

We are trying to keep anonymous users, and callers from joining our webinars without having to register for the webinar.  We have about 2000+ people that attend an all-hands webinar.  In these webinars that we host, we have attendees that show as "anonymous" and sometimes there is inappropriate chat and Q&A from these anonymous users/callers.  These webinars are strictly for our employees and was wondering if there is a way that only their domain email could join the webinar.  Also possibly keep our users from forwarding the email so that other users cannot simply click the link and join the webinar.  We use SSO for Zoom.  We use the Zoom Workplace software installed on our computer's version 6.3.11 (60501).

We run a weekly webinar and I often see participants joining VERY early.  Is it possible to see who these participatnts are?  I currently only see the number of people in the waiting room.  

I have been told by Zoom support that this feature is only availble for Zoom Meetings, but I have see references to this feature being available for Zoom Webinars.  Can anyone confirm if this is available?  We are running the latest version of the Zoom Workplace app on our PCs.  Thank you.
