I am trying to embed a Zoom Webinar registration form onto a page on our website using an iframe.
To make the embed look seamless and match our site's branding, I need to completely hide Zoom's default header and footer on the registration page.
The technical method to hide these elements is using the Custom CSS tab under the Zoom Admin Portal to Advanced to Branding.
However, this Custom CSS tab is currently NOT visible in my admin account.

Hi! Looking for some guidance or best practices on rescheduling a recurring webinar when attendees have already added it to their calendars.

Situation:

  1. We created a recurring Zoom webinar (even though the sessions weren’t happening at regular intervals) so registrants could sign up once for both sessions.

  2. The first webinar has already taken place.

  3. The second webinar was originally scheduled for 13 November.

  4. We needed to move the second session to 20 November, so we edited just that occurrence in Zoom, we did not create a new webinar.

  5. Registrants already received the automatic Zoom confirmation email for 13 November, including the auto-generated calendar invite link.

  6. After changing the date, the Zoom calendar entry on attendees’ calendars did not update, they still have the original 13 November date.

  7. When we resend the confirmation email, attendees do not get a calendar request they can “Accept” to update the date,  they only get the ICS link again, which doesn’t overwrite the existing calendar entry.

Q
uestion:

- What’s the best way to handle this?
- Is there a Zoom-supported method to force the calendar invite to update or send a true calendar request (METHOD:REQUEST) when a recurring webinar date changes?

Any advice or recommended workflow for this scenario would be greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance!

Hello,

I would like to know if someone can provide insight on how to prefill custom fields via the Zoom meeting URL.

We are forwarding a Webinar Zoom invitation in which one of the custom questions: I was encouraged to register by?

When Inspecting the web page I found that the id="question_Iwasencouragedtoregisterby?"

The idea is to prefill this field with the name of the sales rep forwarding the Webex webinar invitation.

Thank you.

Unable to open panelist invite using copy button

In the Panelist Invitaton list, I always use the copy button and send my panelists their links.  Today, i am unable to open that, and it tells me to refresh my page. I have cleared cache and tried on multiple computers.

Hello. Please tell me about the maximum number of participants for webinars.

We are planning to hold a webinar that is likely to have around 450 to 600 participants. Our current contract has a participant limit of 500 people.

We only want to increase the contract limit if it looks like we'll exceed 500 participants on the day.
If we increase the limit, will the expansion apply to webinars for which we've already issued URLs?
Also, we don't want to change the URLs (as they've already been shared with participants).
Will increasing the participant limit change the URLs that have already been issued?
