I recently ran a series of webinars over multiple days and because we had many attendees, I set it up as a recurring event to ensure the webinar link stayed the same for all sessions.

Each session had multiple panelists at different times, but I could not invite people to be a panelist for just one session. This led to a few awkward moments because panelists didn't just have one email with their panel time, they had an emai with the full list of sessions and could join at any time. Some of them clicked in to "test" the link while another presentation was happening.

Is there a way, in the future, to reuse the same webinar link but to add panelists only to their particular session at their session time?

Is this something Zoom Sessions or Events can handle? It seems like an overkill solution.

Currently, I have a list of emails that is imported into the zoom as panelists. Not all of them are actually panelists but we like to have the unique links for everyone just in case. The problem is when we have to reschedule the dates, everyone on that list gets a notification email.

Is there a way to remove that date change notification email?

I want to make sure the panelists cannot see any attendee names, as well as the attendees not be able to see the names of others.  I also want to make sure that the Q&A and Chat all names are anonymous.

In other webinar platforms there is an option to force all names to anonymized. Is this possible in zoom webinars?

If so how?

Thank you

I'm being added to webinars i didn't sign up for by people i don't know.

I don't know how they got my information but i got zoom meeting confirmations and reminders for webinars that I didn't sign up for.

And the organizer is obviously very shady. They use throwaway email addresses as their reply-to email adds.

It's messing up my calendar cos these webinars are automatically added to my calendar.

Isn't this a privacy and personal data violation? How can I stop this?

I organized a webinar with a co-host, but I was registered as a regular attendee and wanted to post in the chat. However, I was only able to send messages to the "Hosts and presenters" chat. Some of the other attendees posted to the same chat, while others posted to the "Everyone" chat. What could be the reason for this? Did I configure something incorrectly in the settings?

Also, I noticed that some who had been denied actually did attend, so what happened there?

I want to prevent this from happening in future webinars, so please help me understand.

Is there a method to retrieve a Panelists email invite WITHOUT having it send the email? Most notably I would like to retrieve the unique passcodes and join links of each. This is for single session live webinar in Zoom events. I am used to the regular Zoom Webinar setup where when you add a panelist, you could retrieve their unique join links and passcodes by "Copying Invite" in the panelist area, or by exporting the panelist list (which i see is no longer an option either). For the way In utilize Zoom Events/Webinar, emails cannot be sent out to the panelists, and I had this setting turned off in Zoom Webinar.

Today it asks me to confirm that I am complying with Zoom policies after I select my file, and then it goes back to the previous import screen without uploading the csv file.

Hey! We host webinars which involve multiple speakers who join the session as panellists. For the chat, we set it up so that attendees can chat with hosts and panellists, and panellists can chat with everyone.

We've recently found that occasionally some panellists are unable to directly respond to messages from attendees, with all attendees' names being greyed out. This issue doesn't seem to have any rhyme or reason, with panellists being seemingly randomly affected by it - they can join the webinar one week and be fine, then find they have the issue the next.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to what might be causing this?
