In Zoom Scheduler, if a calendar event is marked "out of office" instead of "busy" it is not considered blocked time. The time will still show as available booking time. Scheduler only removes availability if the calendar invite is marked "busy" or "tentative". This is really unfortunate as it causes availability in Scheduler to be inaccurate. What is Zoom's reasoning for this?

Does anyone know if you can use a different email's calendar than the zoom account email for zoom scheduler? For example, if my email as EmailA @ work.com to log into zoom, could I then use a different email account's calendar to link to zoom scheduler (like EmailB @ gmail.com) ? Or does the zoom scheduler email account have to be the same as the zoom user account?

I have a personal free account (email 1). I also have a corporate account as a user, with a different email (email 2). I sign into 'email 2' account and set up my meetings there, but the invite from zoom is sent from 'email 1'. I need it to be sent from the 'email 2' account instead. How do I get this to happen please?

Feature Request: Enable Zoom Scheduler to check availability for both a user’s calendar and a Zoom Room’s calendar before showing available meeting times.
This would allow seamless scheduling for meetings that require both a specific person and a specific physical space, ensuring no double-booking and improving hybrid meeting logistics.

 

Hybrid meetings often require both a person and a physical conference room to be available. Without this feature, schedulers risk booking times when the room is unavailable, leading to inefficiency and rescheduling.

I am currently on a free trial for Zoom Scheduler.  I was informed that the trial will end in 3 days time and I do not want to continue.  Is there an option for not wishing to continue when the trial ends?  I tried to stop it today, but Zoom just assumes that I want to buy it, but I don't.  I did not even want to be on this trial.  I just clicked to look which I find rather underhand.  This is no way to treat customers.

I’m trying to add other licensed users as Alternative Hosts when scheduling meetings, but I keep receiving this message: 
“One or more people you want to add as alternative hosts are not licensed users or are not members of this account. Remove the following users to continue:Unable to assign "email@samecompany" as an alternative host because the user cannot be selected at this time” 

 

I have verified that the other party is licensed and we all work at the same organization together. Has anyone else experienced this issue and have a solution?

I need to link a form for my clients to fill out for their upcoming meetings that they have scheduled with me . They need to fill it out ahead of time so I am trying to embed the link within the reminder email that they receive the day before the meeting. I can get as far as copying and pasting the link when I click on the "embed link" option but then nothing happens after that, even when I press "finish". I am attempting to embed a link using a form from the app Tally Forms. 

 

Can someone help me with this please?

Zoom Scheduler confirmation email delayed?

Noticed today that when a client books a meeting with me using my scheduler the confirmation of booking is EXTREMELY delayed.  I have a Business level account located in North America.   Any word on the ZOOM SMTP server experiencing delays?

I want you to know that just by looking at something that I have not signed up to it.  I recently looked at scheduler and before I knew it, that I was told I had subscribed to it.  I haven't! How can I get out of it?  I only looked.  This is a sneaky thing to do! I just looked, I did not buy.  Can I please be not subscribed to scheduler because I am not using it.  Is there a way to unsubscribe?
