I am using Zoom Scheduler and it's not generating a zoom meeting link when people book times with me. Zoom scheduler books the time, adds it to my Outlook calendar, and sends a confirmation email to the person but there is NO ZOOM LINK and there is no Zoom meeting created in my account. Troubleshooting: Please help, we paid for this service and it's not working. Thank you.

Is there an approach which would support staff that work from home and the office? For example, if Monday through to Wednesday were office days, I could offer either Zoom meetings or face-to-face meetings to clients. However, on Thursdays and Fridays when I work from home, the only option available to the client is a Zoom meeting. In the ideal world, when the client is taken to the employee's Schedule, the calendar displayed would have icons (or similar) visible on each day that provides an indication of the type of meeting that is available. This would make it simple/easy for the client to select a day for the meeting based on their preference (ie. I really want to meet face-to-face).

Hi, I'm trying to use the same Zoom meeting invite for a number of meetings in future. I know the date & time of the first meeting, but I don't know yet when the other future meetings will take place. In the past, I could do this by simply clicking "Recurring" without specifying future dates. Now with the current version of Zoom, I am prompted to already input those future dates - which I don't know yet. How do I solve this? Or, alternatively: can I set up a single meeting now, and then simply re-use that same "old" link in future? Thanks for any help!

I am an admin assistant and I have two coworkers who want to give me scheduling permissions for their Zoom accounts. One added me with a license and that set up was fine, but when the second coworker added me I found out that I can't have a license under two different people. Is there a way for me to be added under two different Zoom organizations and be given scheduling permissions for these two different people?

we need to send zoom invite via Comcast CRM, invitation is send automatically with Zoom link
Is there any possible way to proceed that
I am a zoom pro user. If i try to schedule a meeting by click schedule button, it pop up blank page. Not scheduling input field. If i click scheduler tab, it is blank. I have unstilled, reinstalled, sign out, sign in. It is really frustrating experience, take too much time. My time worth more than the subscription fee I paied. Last time, I have to schedule on web but launch on app have some problem, as you still need to open app's schedule page. Please NOTE, this is a basic app, nothing to do with video, audio, device stuff yet. And this community post system is ridiculous, when you post a discussion. you have to put a topic. "This board requires at least on label for each message". What are these concepts of Subject, Topics and Label?

I have two issues: 1) the meeting scheduler zoom plug-in in outlook no longer works 2) I can't log in with username and password and I can't change the password To schedule a meeting, I now have to open zoom workplace via the icon on the desk top (no problems with that, so I don't know why I can't log in the other way) and create a new meeting from the home page. I'd be grateful for any advice. Many thanks.

Why is my Zoom Scheduler showing No Availability when I have time available for bookings? It has nothing to do with conflict with my other calendars, I have time available for sure. I don't understand why it has the whole day showing no availability. I would attach pictures here to show but not sure how.
