What is Zoom Scheduler?

Zoom Scheduler provides users with the ability to generate slots of availability for attendees to then select a preferred time on both parties' calendars, which reduces time spent going back and forth to sync schedules. I have unstilled, reinstalled, sign out, sign in. It is really frustrating experience, take too much time. My time worth more than the subscription fee I paied.

Last time, I have to schedule on web but launch on app have some problem, as you still need to open app's schedule page.

Please NOTE, this is a basic app, nothing to do with video, audio, device stuff yet.

And this community post system is ridiculous, when you post a discussion. you have to  put a topic. "This board requires at least on label for each message". What are these concepts of Subject, Topics and Label?

I have two issues:

1) the meeting scheduler zoom plug-in in outlook no longer works

2) I can't log in with username and password and I can't change the password

To schedule a meeting, I now have to open zoom workplace via the icon on the desk top (no problems with that, so I don't know why I can't log in the other way) and create a new meeting from the home page.

I'd be grateful for any advice.  Many thanks.

I don't see a resolution for this scenario.

In-Person meeting is say in Boston (Eastern Time Zone)

I set up scheduler and set Availability to Eastern Time Zone.

I set availability to 7am-4pm on a specific day.

When I go to the booking page - I'm located in Austin, TX - it shows the earliest 7am ET availability as 6am (as defaults to Central Time Zone where I'm at)

This is confusing - if the meeting can only be in-person and it's in Eastern Time Zone - should the booking page default to the selected Eastern Time Zone and simply be greyed out - basically locked? Having folks do time math to understand that the 8am in-person meeting that they selected when they were in Minneapolis 4 days prior to the meeting in Boston will actually be 9am ET when they're in Boston - it seems needlessly confusing.

Am I missing something on how to effectively do what I'm trying to do?

EDIT - in researching and signing up for Free calendly  - Calendly has a "Lock the timezone (best for in-person events)" feature in the booking page options that locks the booking page to the set time zone for the schedule. It seems that Zoom (and Google appointment schedule) so not have this - is this on the near future roadmap?  Critical feature for in-person events where some folks hitting the booking page may be in different time zones.

Calendar event marked "out of office" is considered available

In Zoom Scheduler, if a calendar event is marked "out of office" instead of "busy" it is not considered blocked time. The time will still show as available booking time. Scheduler only removes availability if the calendar invite is marked "busy" or "tentative". This is really unfortunate as it causes availability in Scheduler to be inaccurate. What is Zoom's reasoning for this?

Does anyone know if you can use a different email's calendar than the zoom account email for zoom scheduler? For example, if my email as EmailA @ work.com to log into zoom, could I then use a different email account's calendar to link to zoom scheduler (like EmailB @ gmail.com) ? Or does the zoom scheduler email account have to be the same as the zoom user account?

Feature Request: Enable Zoom Scheduler to check availability for both a user’s calendar and a Zoom Room’s calendar before showing available meeting times.
This would allow seamless scheduling for meetings that require both a specific person and a specific physical space, ensuring no double-booking and improving hybrid meeting logistics.

Hybrid meetings often require both a person and a physical conference room to be available. Without this feature, schedulers risk booking times when the room is unavailable, leading to inefficiency and rescheduling.

I am currently on a free trial for Zoom Scheduler.  I was informed that the trial will end in 3 days time and I do not want to continue.  Is there an option for not wishing to continue when the trial ends?  I tried to stop it today, but Zoom just assumes that I want to buy it, but I don't.  I did not even want to be on this trial.  I just clicked to look which I find rather underhand.  This is no way to treat customers.
