Zoom Scheduler provides users with the ability to generate slots of availability for attendees to then select a preferred time on both parties' calendars, which reduces time spent going back and forth to sync schedules. Hi there! I have just set up a one-on-one event that I will send to a group of students for them to make individual appointments with me via Zoom. I've set everything up (configured my available times and synced it to my Outlook calendar) and it's all fine EXCEPT for one date. When I look at my available appointments for this specific day (a Friday), my available times jump from 12pm to 5:30pm as if the Scheduler is seeing that I have a conflicting event on the synced Outlook calendar--except there isn't anything on my Outlook calendar. I've tried to remove this Friday from the available days and add it as a specific day with special availability. I've also double and triple checked my Outlook calendar to make sure there isn't an event I'm not seeing--I have nothing scheduled for that day. Am I missing something? Are there other parameters I can change to bypass this? Thanks in advance for your help!

The app was working well for some time. It is reviewing both of our schedules and recommending and appropriate time. When we first booked meetings, it would show up on both of our Outlook calendars. It now reviews our calendars appropriately, sends her an email that the meeting is scheduled, but doesn't appear on her calendar. When looking at the outlook email invitation, it lists just a random series of letters and numbers as being invited. I added her to the CC part for Zoom Scheduler to solve this. How do I get it to work properly instead of sending to a bad email?

Hello! For the past few weeks, I’ve been unable to schedule meetings through the Zoom module on my computer (Mac). I keep receiving an error message: “Unable to schedule the meeting. Error code: 100000403.” I’d like to specify that nothing has changed in my security settings or networks, and I never had any issues scheduling meetings before. Also, every time I open the Zoom app on my Mac, I always see a message indicating that my calendar couldn’t be synced, which states: “Meeting and calendar services are temporarily busy. Refresh or try again later.” I’ve refreshed and retried several times… without success. Could you help me resolve these two issues?

Scheduler only support Google Calendar and Microsoft Exchange ,
could it be possible to support CalDav protocol ?
Hello: I am a user of a Zoom Pro account and have noticed an issue with previous meetings. When a meeting moves to the "Previous Meetings" section, it is still possible to start it using the original link. This can cause conflicts with new and ongoing meetings, as they may overlap. I would like to request a feature that automatically disables meetings that move to the "Previous Meetings" section, so they cannot be started again by me or other users who have the link. This would help avoid conflicts and improve meeting management. If anyone has found a solution or has any ideas, please share them! Best regards,

Hi all. I have 4 zoom room pc's that seem to be ignoring the OS update schedule. Cheers
Apologies if i have not selected the correct support board.
Under update management, when i check the OS update schedule i can see that the scheduled install day is set to everyday, and the active hours are from 5am to 11pm with a weekly system restart on Saturday.
Now over the past 2 week or so the windows update window has popped up automatically over the zoom window and obviously can't be closed without IT interaction as there is no mouse plugged into the zoom room pcs.
Currently the 4 windows 11 pcs are running zoom room app 6.3.5 (5226).
Is there a reason as to why this is occurring?

Hi -- I've created an All Hosts Available collective booking page with a colleague. The booking page correctly filters both of our calendars and allows viewers to schedule a meeting. However, this is only possible through the direct booking link URL. When using either of our individual scheduler links -- schedule.zoom.us/[username] -- our collective booking page will not display. In other words, only our individual booking pages are available when sending one of our scheduler links. Is there a way to show all of our booking pages, both individual and collective, via our schedule links? The experience I am looking for would enable multiple booking options that correspond to different groups of individuals within the same scheduling link. Upon selecting an option for Alice and Bob, the visitor would be able to book a meeting according to their joint availability. Alternatively, upon selecting an option for Bob and Carol, the visitor would be able to book a meeting according to a different set of availability. The above experience would be available should individual scheduler links include all booking pages related to that user. Please let me know if there is another way to do this or if I am experiencing an error. Thank you for reading, your help is very much appreciated.
