What is Zoom Scheduler?

Zoom Scheduler provides users with the ability to generate slots of availability for attendees to then select a preferred time on both parties' calendars, which reduces time spent going back and forth to sync schedules. Zoom Scheduler feedback. Suggestion to customize the Meeting Title. With Calendly, Bookings, FreeBusy and other apps, the Title of the appointment can be changed to be however you want it. The default for Zoom Scheduler is "30 minute meeting with Josh (1 of 20 spots filled)" That is worthless information to me. I have to open the invite to see who scheduled the appt, the company name, and the purpose. Ideally what I would like is the option of the title to be: "Purpose of the Call (Company Name or Person Name)".  Let me choose in the settings area how I want the variables to be used in the meeting title.  And I just don't understand the purpose of the "1 of 20 spots filled" in the meeting title.  Maybe show that when the other user is scheduling the meeting, but not in the title of the meeting.

Cohost view Meetings on Web

I have added a user as a co-host to several recurring meetings, but they don't show up in their web portal so they can start it from there.  How do I enable this so all meetings show up?

I am using Zoom Scheduler and it's not generating a zoom meeting link when people book times with me.  Zoom scheduler books the time, adds it to my Outlook calendar, and sends a confirmation email to the person but there is NO ZOOM LINK and there is no Zoom meeting created in my account.

Troubleshooting:

  • I am a licensed Zoom One Pro user with Zoom Scheduler enabled
  • YES I chose "Zoom Meeting" under "Video Conferencing" when setting up the booking schedule
  • YES I read the Zoom Scheduler FAQs and watched the videos

Please help, we paid for this service and it's not working. Thank you.

Is there an approach which would support staff that work from home and the office? For example, if Monday through to Wednesday were office days, I could offer either Zoom meetings or face-to-face meetings to clients. However, on Thursdays and Fridays when I work from home, the only option available to the client is a Zoom meeting.

In the ideal world, when the client is taken to the employee's Schedule, the calendar displayed would have icons (or similar) visible on each day that provides an indication of the type of meeting that is available. This would make it simple/easy for the client to select a day for the meeting based on their preference (ie. I really want to meet face-to-face).

How to create a Zoom invite for irregularly recurring meetings?

Hi, I'm trying to use the same Zoom meeting invite for a number of meetings in future. I know the date & time of the first meeting, but I don't know yet when the other future meetings will take place.

In the past, I could do this by simply clicking "Recurring" without specifying future dates. Now with the current version of Zoom, I am prompted to already input those future dates - which I don't know yet. How do I solve this?

Or, alternatively: can I set up a single meeting now, and then simply re-use that same "old" link in future?

Thanks for any help!

I am an admin assistant and I have two coworkers who want to give me scheduling permissions for their Zoom accounts. One added me with a license and that set up was fine, but when the second coworker added me I found out that I can't have a license under two different people.

Is there a way for me to be added under two different Zoom organizations and be given scheduling permissions for these two different people?
