Hi all. I know adding iCloud calendar is in beta mode, but I seem to have done everything I need to - generated a code, made it my primary calendar, toggled it to on. But when I got to my public-facing schedule page, it has me free every hour every day! Why isn't it blocking out my existing appointments? Thanks.

Manages Schedules updating for Users

We are trying to set managed schedules for our sales teams.  We've assigned to the groups but when we make changes to the template, changes don't update.  Is there a reason for this and/or is there a way to do this within Scheduler?

I am having an issue with the scheduler, I have two seperate recurring availabilities, one is 30minute meeting slots and the other is 90, but no matter how I configure it my availability for the 90minute slots doesn't show up. It says there is no availability when there should be recurring availability on Saturday and Sundays.

I thought it might be that each schedule "Clashed" somehow but when I set a weekday evening availability that one showed up.

Am I missing something?

I am trying to create a "All Hosts Available" meeting but I haven't figured out how to add my colleague as a host as well so it will review her calendar when a client books a meeting.  She is not available in the choices of "hosts" in step 2 of creating an event.   I would welcome any input on how to solve this.

Hi, 

 

I am trying to set up the one-to-many meeting option for people to book a 3+ person meeting into my calendar, that I host. 

 

Perhaps my expectation/understanding is wrong, but my assumption is that this meeting option should allow someone booking a meeting to add multiple invitees' names and email addresses when booking the meeting, so that all of those people get an invite and my zoom link.

 

And on the options setting for questions to ask in the information booking flow, there is an 'add another attendee' button. I can also see I can select a max number of seats for the meeting (for this case I have set this to 30)

 

When I then put the one-to-many meeting option live and test run it, the 'add another attendee' button does not show up and so I can't see how someone booking the meeting can add multiple attendees. They would have to send me the invitees and ask me to manually add them to the invite. 

 

Can anyone help me with how to set up group meetings using Zoom Scheduler? Thanks.

Hello!  I am new to Zoom Scheduler.  I have my Google calendar linked into the zoom scheduler.  I am trying to schedule 30 minute appointments from 1-7-25 to 1-16-25.  I can get the appointment slots to show up for 1-7 through 1-9 but it shows no availability for the second week 1-13 to 1-16.    Does anyone have any ideas?!

I just signed up for scheduler, need to get sms or email notification when someone creates meeting, so I don't have to keep checking zoom calendar,  how to do that?

 

Tried setting notifications to you everywhere but no email or sms works for creating meeting.

 

Email is sent to attendee when creating meeting but not to host, email is sent to both when meeting cancelled.

I want to integrate Zoom Scheduler for WordPress Website. Here is the workflow:

1. User clicks on 'Schedule Free Meeting'

2. User gets an option to select the date & time from Zoom Scheduler

3. User selects date, time.

4. User receives an email notification with the invite and meeting link.

5. Website admin receives the same information as in #4

 

I could not find any documentation related to this type of integration. Any help would be appreciated.

Scheduling Zoom meetings for others

I would like to be able to schedule a Zoom meeting for anyone on our team without having to be in the meeting to start it and host it.  How do I set that up?

I am a member of a training team.  What we would like to be able to do is to have a way for a client to have two choices when scheduling a training time.

1. Select a particular trainer and then select the best time according to their availability.

2. Select the best time available, and let the "any host available" option select the trainer that has availability.

 

I'm having trouble getting both options to work together.  I can setup the any host available option and it works.  I tried using a routing form to allow for selecting between the two options above, but I can't see a way for an option that is selected to link to other team members' calendars.  It can only see mine.

 

Is there a way to accomplish what I want to do within one scheduling link?
