Hello,
When I download the zoom intune app for my workplace - I am able to get signed in with SSO and everything works great for a day. A few days later I go into the app to dial out and the dialpad on the zoom phone is unable to be clicked to dial out. If I uninstall the app and install, it works fine. All other features of zoom work such as meetings etc.
Samsung S24 Ultra
Thank you!

Some suggestions from other zoom community members.
@ Danica1 suggests
Desktop Site in Chrome (probably other web browsers as well as I could not get it working for Edge either but I am using Chrome so...) for my tablet had to be clicked off.
@ Mslady suggests
disable the Chrome browser and set the Samsung internet browser as the default. Once the Samsung browser is open make sure that you put it in desktop mode.
@RyanZink suggests
go to apps in settings, and grant chrome all permissions
please let us know if any of these suggestions work for you.
thanks, eliot
