Hello, I am trying to get to settings so me or my people get an email notification when there is a new voicemail. Tried using chat function to get this answer. Finally clicked on the Enable Email button It says email notifications will go out per email list But I cannot find this email list. Googled the question etc.

the option to create an email list will appear if you enable voicemail/videomail notifications at the account level, site level, auto receptionist level, call queue level or shared line level.
Enable email notifications at the account level.
If you want all users to receive email notifications for their account, you can enable email notifications at the account level. Admin->account management->account settings->zoom phone->voicemail/videomail notifications by email.
You can see that for any user, voicemail/videomail has been enable.
If you want to forward all account email notifications from a common area, an auto receptionist, a call queue, or a shared line group to one or more email addresses, check the forward notification to email list and an option to enter email addresses will appear.
If you just want to enable email notifications for a phone user:
Go to Admin->phone system management->users & rooms->select user to be enabled->policy->general->voicemail/videomail notification by email->enable and select options.
