When a user is opted into a call queue and is on a meeting (video/multiple users), that meeting does not prevent queue calls from coming through. If the user is on a call, though, that will prevent queue calls from coming through to that user. Is there a way to prevent calls from coming through when the user is on a meeting as well?

In the Zoom app, go to settings, select phone left side, and under incoming calls, check the box that states "Hide incoming calls while in a meeting." Be aware this may not silence the desk phone if you have one in addition to using the Zoom app.

Thanks! Do you know if that actually skips the call to that user from the queue or if the call will still happen for the queue ringing duration setting? (e.g. if I'm on a meeting and have that setting enabled, does the call still go to me for the 30 second ring duration or does it skip me and move onto the next person in the queue?)

Hello @rbeckettCB. If you want to be 100% sure ( I am only assuming I understand perfectly your use case and tested accordingly); below my results and opinion of what you can do in addition to @sparrow's good suggestion.
A Meeting doesn't seem to mark a user as Busy from the Phone perspective (or Call Queue perspective) from the testing I did; if you are still receiving notification (ringing not in your computer but on alternate device directly associated with your user) confirms it is ringing for you and not Skipping to the next in the Queue...but please keep me honest test it on your own environment.
As far as I know, the way of doing this is to manually opt-opt the queue before/during the meeting.
Let us know how it works for you.
ℹ️If it is important to skip you while on a meeting and you engage too often in meetings making it tedious to Opt-in/Opt-out via the Zoom App, Zoom Phone release (I believe last year) with a very nice feature called Zoom Phone Assistant:
🔗You an read all about it here: https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0058038
With that enabled, you could have a nice Zoom Phone compact panel always available/accessible in one of the edges of your display that will give you a quick access to the Call Queue Opt-in/Opt-out option, or to quickly "Reject" a call if you forgot to Opt-out...it is very handy and cause minimum disruption.

For that particular user with the feature enabled on the app? Yes, it skips that user and rings other members of the queue only.
