Porting

First time porting in Zoom. My clients invoice comes from Ring Central.  Once I put the numbers in, it obviously splits them up between the underlying carriers (3 that are not ring central). It is asking me for the acct info for each carrier.  Do I put the ring central info in all 3 spots?

Using the account number from RingCentral should be fine. Zoom works in a very similar setup. They use both Sinch and Bandwidth. When I port away from Zoom, I use our single Zoom account number no matter what underlying Zoom carrier the number is being ported away from.

Are you porting via the Zoom portal or submitting a spreadsheet to the Zoom porting team email address? If the account numbers are different for each number, you'll need to break out each account number and BTN. You can't do that via the web portal all at once. You'll have to submit each request separately if they each have their own acct number and BTN. Or, the better option would be to submit a spreadsheet and that will allow you to submit all (3) numbers with different acct numbers and BTN's.

I was attempting in the portal.  They only have 1 acct (with Ring Central). Of those 80 numbers, once I put them in the numbers bank it splits them up into 3 different carriers ( the underlying carriers, none being ring central).  They obviously wouldn't have an acct with them but it asks me to enter the acct info for each of the 3.
