Call reporting for departments

What is the easiest way y'all are reporting your call volume per person/department? On prior systems we were able to determine the answer ratio but I am not having the best luck with the zomm analytics.

Hi,
You would need to log into the Zoom web portal as an admin....then head over to Analytics & Reports and choose "Call Queue Historical Reports".
Under the Detail Report tab, you can customize your view by selecting specific sites or departments from the drop-down menus at the top.

I recall analytics and reporting requires power pack licensing. Without that, the user will not see this option.
