When a staff member changes departments or leaves the University, we assign a new extension or remove that person from Zoom phone. This doesn't remove them everywhere in Zoom Phone. For example, if they are receiving voicemails for another group. Is there a way we can search on a person's email to see if they exist anywhere else in the Zoom Phone portal?

Makes sense that if you give a new extension to someone who moves within the university, that they continue to receive previous dept messages. Everything in Zoom phone for membership/delegations are name based and not extension/telephone number. Go into account management, reports, user activity reports, and phone system operation logs. Select your range date and leave the categories as all categories. Enter in the email address or user account into the search and hit search. This will come back with anything for that user account including voicemail traffic. Happy hunting!
