If I am picking up the call, I have no idea who Chad, Jamey, or Dave were actually trying to get ahold of because it will not tell me. Our old phone system let me know that if Terry was calling for Rick, I could pick up the phone and say, “You have reached Rick "LN removed" desk this is Lauren, How can I help you.”
How can we get this setup correctly. If anyone in the Call Queue see that Bob is calling for Joe. Joe is not in the office, but Susan sees that the call is for Joe and can answer it and answer confidently.

Sounds like you're confusing a call queue with line appearances or delegations (Zoom lingo). Call queue's are not designed to tell other members who the caller is intending to reach, but in fact all users will see the call regardless of who the caller is intending to reach. Line appearances/delegations are intended to show which line the caller called. Each user must delegate their line to other users for this functionality to work as you intend it to be.

Hello @LaxCoach
I got a bit confused with the question but based on @sparrow 's answer, I think you want to see the Caller Name and who is Calling to so you can decide if picking the call and how to answer in behalf of the person being called.
My question is: What do you mean when you say "If I am picking up the call"? How do you have configured your system? Are you talking about Call Queues? Share Lines? Are you talking about Physical Phones? or the Zoom App?
ℹ️ @sparrow 's recommendation is how I would do it and I think it is cleaner, however, if you are using ZCQs and you want to keep using that for whatever reason (you don't want your phone ringing for every single call), you could experiment by creating a "Group Call Pickup" and add all the Call Queue Members to it to verify if that gives you the Calling and Called names in the notification.
Vinnie.
