On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

How to play recorded calls

The ZVA seems to often provide "imaginary" answers. 

 

Can someone please tell me where to find this " phone icon next to a recorded call"?

 

I am trying to listen to a recorded call, but could not find where to play it.  This is very frustrating.

Hi Sparrow, 

Thank you for your assistance. After some strugling, I found the recordings are under    Admin->Phone System Management- > Logs->recordings.   

 

We must talking about different platforms.   I still very much appreicate your quick response and assistance.

I take it that ZVA is actually referring to the Zoom Workplace App. In the app on a recorded call, you will see a play button next to the phone icon in your call history. 

We use Zoom phone, not Zoom workplace app, I think this is why I cannot find it based on your instructions. Still, thanks alot

Failed to mention. On the Zoom web portal, phone call recordings are located in Personal, Phone, and Recording.
