Not receiving meeting invitations, but host sees me as attending
I'm currently in the job search process and have encountered this problem three separate times now. 1) The recruiter/hiring manager sends me a regular email saying they scheduled our meeting via Zoom. 2) I do not receive an invitation via email from Zoom, nor does the meeting appear on my Zoom schedule on the desktop app/web app or Google Calendar. An invite email is not in my Spam/Junk folder. 3) I email the recruiter/hiring manager asking them to resend the invitation or meeting link, but they assure me I was sent the invitation and they can see me as "accepted" on their end. 4) I have to ask them to send the meeting details via email anyway, which makes me look entirely unprofessional. Is this a known issue? How can I ensure my email is whitelisted by Zoom? I did the "test email" function with the chat bot, which are delivered, but I don't get any other Zoom emails.
