A spammy online marketer keeps sending me Zoom email invites, and it's clogging up my inbox. I never subscribed to their thing and there isn't a way to unsubscribe/remove from list through the zoom invites that I can find. I don't want to block the emails because it will block all Zoom meeting invites and I do need access for work purposes. Nor do I want to just create a new folder because real meetings will get lost in the spammy jungle. Does zoom have no way to ask to be removed from someone's meetings?

Zoom Version: 6.1.6 (37851) OSX 14.5 Zoom Licensed user I've linked zoom to my gcal for business. In fact, I just went and refreshed it. On the home view: No events scheduled. On the calendar view: Events. Scheduling has occurred from: * Schedule a meeting on the home page * In Fantastical (linked to my business gcal which has join button on events * Via Zcal which has access to the same calendars I can't for the life of me figure out why zoom isn't talking to it's own dashboard.

My office has a number of Zoom Room licenses that are associated with a number of M365 resource rooms. When creating a Zoom Meeting, users are using the Zoom for Outlook plug-in, signed in with an account that has delegated scheduling permissions within Zoom to each of the Zoom Room "users", and selecting the name of the room from the "Schedule for" dropdown in the settings of the plug-in to create the meeting, then adding the Resource Room to the attendees or location so that the meeting shows up on the calendar for that room. This is currently the only way we have found to consistently get the "Start" option on the meeting room's controllers rather than "Join", so the meeting utilizes the Zoom Room license for the meeting rather than the account used to schedule the meeting's license. This allows us to avoid concurrent meetings on the same license. Is there a better way to set this up so that meetings held "in the Zoom Room" always use the Zoom Room's license, regardless of if it's delegated or not?

Hi all, Action required: reauthorize your Zoom Calendar integration
just received this to my work email and was wondering the notification email is legit - Notification <notification@ zoom.us>? Thanks!
Dear (my work email address)
Your calendar authentication to Zoom is disconnected or has expired and your events are currently not being synced between Zoom and your third-party calendar.
Reauthorize your calendar here (link removed) to continue synchronization of your events between Zoom and your calendar service.

n the past, when I schedule a Zoom meeting in my zoom pro account, it would either automatically pop up in my calendar where I add invitees, or I could click More Options and choose icalendar as my preferred external calendar. Neither works today! It's as if Zoom start recognizing icalendar as an option. Anyone else have this problem -- and a solution? I restarted laptop and both apps and checked for a setting to reset but found no option to (re)integart with apple's iCalendar.

Got an email saying that we need to enabled NAA by the 27th of January. I am trying to enable the NAA in the Zoom web portal using the KB article (https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0078410). I follow all the steps but once I put in the office creds and approve the permissions it kicks me back to a Zoom site that says uh-oh page not found. This feature is still not enabled.

In the interest of security, I'm switching from Google to Proton for my email & calendar, Unfortunately, it doesn't seem like Zoom is able to integrate with Proton calendar. Are there any plans to expand calendar integration so it is compatible with more than the current Zoom, Google, or Microsoft 365 (Exchange) calendar services?

Ive been using Zoom for the last two months and have not been able to work out how to get my regular zoom attendees emails into zoom ? I have to open up an email copy and paste the email address into zoom? How do you get a list of contacts straight off my computer into zoom? Is there a way to sync so I don't have to go looking for emails? Every time I set up a meeting with one of my staff there's gotta be away. I've asked this question before, but still haven't got a solution to it I still use Google meet and I don't have to spend any time thinking about this. I just type the first letters are their name and it comes their email but here I go in zoom round and round. Not sure why I'm missing this Point. I'm on a Mac. Sonoma 14.5. I had a problem getting zoom to sync with my Matt calendar but I paid my WebHosting company to set that up for me. Something to do with Office exchange getting contacts into zoom I have failed to resolve if anybody has any suggestions. I welcome it thank you.
