Hello. I have been using zoom for years and use the desktop app to schedule meetings and invite participants via email addresses. All of a sudden, the invite email address seems to get dropped out of the invite when it is sent as a calendar invite. Any ideas why? Thank you!

Hello Everyone, I have installed Zoom Outlook Plugin and I can find it here C:\Program Files (x86)\Zoom\Zoom Outlook Plugin I have a question. I want to know if it's possible to call the Zoom Outlook Plugin library(COM component) to schedule a zoom meeting in C# console application? if it's possible how can I do that, any document can share with me? When you want to embed a link in an email, you first need to click the ... on the min-format bar and then you get the full format bar at the bottom of the email. Then, when you go to add a link, the cursor is at the start of the text that you are linking, and not starting in the link field as one might expect. So, rather than clicking the link button and immediately Ctrl/Cmd-V pasting, you need to move the cursor first. The fact that you can't use Ctrl/Cmd-K to insert the link in the first place means that what should be a two click operation (Ctrl/Cmd-K, Ctrl/Cmd-V) is a four click operation. Why is Ctrl/Cmd-K used to launch the Search function? That keyboard shortcut is widely used for insert link, and it seems a very odd choice to change its function in this app.

Currently, the calendar app does not access the Google Calendar working hours so that I am unable to use the tool to book time with people, as I cannot see their available working hours. As a result, the calendar is a useful reference for existing meetings, but useless for creating new ones.

Hello everyone! I am trying to support a user with an issue they are having with the calendar feature in their Zoom desktop application. The user is signed in with their work account, Zoom Outlook plug-in is installed, but I cannot connect the Outlook calendar to their Zoom desktop app. I clicked the "Add Calendar" option to link it, but a Window pops up saying the admin needs to grant access for this feature. On the back end, I don't see a setting to change for this. Anyone know what setting this might be?

Previously, scheduling meeting by iphone provided an Add button, then synced meeting to phone calendar. This facility has disappeared. None of the support suggestions have remedied this problem meaning I need to manually add all my meetings to my calendar. How can I restore this function?

I have MS Office including Outlook. I have a recurring meeting every day at 8:30 since months ago. 3 weeks ago this meeting was cancelled. In Outlook the meeting does not appear but in Zoom is still in the calendar and every day, at 8:25, I receive the notification that in 5 minutes I have the meeting. My zoom version is 5.16.6, the last one for MS Windows. Hoy can I synch my Zoom calendar with Outlook correctly ?

i have created re-occurring zoom meetings for every tuesday in 2024. When I add to outlook calendar, it only adds the first occurrance. I did this last year and had no problems. Any suggestions?
I had a user that was attempting to cancel a Zoom meeting on her Outlook calendar, but when she clicked to send out the cancellation, Zoom would try to schedule another meeting from there. Any thoughts? Dell Laptop Zoom version 5.14.15434 I disabled the Zoom add-in in Outlook and that seemed to resolve the issue, but we have a lot of users that utilize this.
