If it's possible programmatically to call zoom outlook plugin to schedule a zoom meeting?

Hello Everyone,

 

I have installed Zoom Outlook Plugin and I can find it here C:\Program Files (x86)\Zoom\Zoom Outlook Plugin

I have a question. I want to know if it's possible to call the Zoom Outlook Plugin library(COM component) to schedule a zoom meeting in C# console application?  if it's possible how can I do that, any document can share with me?
