Hello everyone! 

 

I am trying to support a user with an issue they are having with the calendar feature in their Zoom desktop application. The user is signed in with their work account, Zoom Outlook plug-in is installed, but I cannot connect the Outlook calendar to their Zoom desktop app. I clicked the "Add Calendar" option to link it, but a Window pops up saying the admin needs to grant access for this feature. On the back end, I don't see a setting to change for this. Anyone know what setting this might be?

Hello,

 

You may need  the Outlook admin needs to approve it, not the Zoom admin.

 

Most larger organizations have an IT team and one of them will manage Office 365/ email.
